Product seems great, but cats hate it

Chewy was great about allowing me to return one of the two I bought. The product itself is soft and light weight; the sides come up very high so there is a nice little indentation in the middle (unlike one I bought from China). The product itself is soft and light weight; the sides come up very high so there is a nice little indentation in the middle (unlike one I bought from China). The medium seems like the perfect size for a 10 pound cat to stretch out or curl up. I'd sleep in it if I could. It has a non-stick bottom and doesn't seem to slide much on our laminate floor. I don't have any data on its wear in the wash. The problem, however, is that neither of my 9 month old cats will get in it AT ALL. In fact, when I try to place them in it, they both act like I'm sticking them in a tub of water--legs braced, toes spayed. That keeps me from giving the product five stars. I think the product itself is great; cats don't, at least not yet. I'm keeping one around to see what happens when they mature more--maybe they just need to get a little bigger for it. If they suddenly love it, I'll update the rating. … more

    Not worth the price

By Mals on Feb 17, 2021

3.5 stars. I was hoping that shelling out almost $100 for a bed, my dog would spend the rest of his days on this thing. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I do wish I would have sized up (always size up) so it would be more roomy. He is 70ish pounds and I thought an L would be big enough. Though it 3.5 stars. I do wish I would have sized up (always size up) so it would be more roomy. He is 70ish pounds and I thought an L would be big enough. Though it does fit it just isn't spacious. The bed also isn't very supportive, that has been the biggest downfall. He is a large dog and needs the cushion, but this bed just doesn't do it. You can also feel the zippers when laying on it. A positive is that you can remove the outer layer and wash it when needed. It's pretty easy to assemble back together. However, it loses its fluffiness after the wash. It also picks up smells very easily, but I'm glad it is washable. Though my large dog does not like it, I have a 20 pound pup who LOVES the bed which why I'm giving it 3.5 stars lol. The large is perfect for him to roll around on and he can sleep like a starfish on it with no issues. I do recommend it for smaller dogs since support isn't as important, but for large dogs, I say either save your money or buy a supportive memory foam mat to place it underneath and ALWAYS size up at least 1 (2 if you can) sizes. … more
