well made but runns very small
hat is pretty well made. Sadly only her stuffed bear can wear it
Fair Isle Hat
I had high hopes that this hat would fit. Sadly it is too big. Other reviewers said it ran small...not my experience at all. In fact I ordered a xs/small, my dog's head measures 9". It is made well. 2 ways to secure it, the braided ties as well as an elastic closure. The pom pom is light weight & sewn securely so it doesn't flop around. Nice shade of navy blue. I am going to wash it in warm water & then put in dryer, maybe it will shrink....anyway I am still giving the hat 5 stars based on quality.
Almost perfect
These hats are cute,well made seem warm and the dogs tolerate them well. Because the thin skin of the ears can get frost bitten easily during mid-west winters I did close the ear openings with pieces of ribbon to protect those ears and the dogs still tolerate them.
Does not wear hats!
I thought it looked good on him, and thought it would keep his head warm in a typical Maine winter season. Chuck thought differently! A quick shake of his head and he was wearing the hat under his jaw! I figured he might not like the tassels, so I cut them off. He spun the hat off even faster than the first time! I considered using duck tape, but Chuck sleeps with me at night and I remembered that Chuhauhau's don't have a sense of humor.
Just a cat modeling a winter hat
I think this hat is fabulous. Wally doesn't seem to agree. Seriously, it's well made and soft with ample ear holes.
Huge "extra small"
Size is marked X-Small, but it's enormous. Completely covers her eyes and nose, wity the elastic dangling uselessly 4-5" below her head. Sigh. So hard to find a warm hat with ear slits that's made in toy breed sizes.
Adorable Hat
I hated wearing this hat, but WOW did I look tail wagging cute in it. Fit well (I am a chonky lab) and was great quality. Stayed on nicely for photos, but then I took it off to keep it clean of course.
Completely Adorable
I admit I only got this to take a few pictures of my senior guy. It's adorable! I was surprised how nice the quality is - very soft and thick. The ear holes are awesome!
its cute but i wish I got a smaller size
I should have gotten a smaller size hat. its big and it looks awkward but my dog looks sooo adorable tho lol. its also really soft, I love it.
