Oh so sweet and warm
I got this for my 15 year old 25lb beagle. He gets cold easily and this was really helpful for going potty outside on chilly days and for being cozy inside in the winter. It was just a teeny tiny bit small out of the bag, but it stretched out and relaxed after he wore it for a while. He seems really comfortable in it! It's also absolutely adorable and matches tri-color dogs really well.

I should have gone one size up. After reading lots of the reviews here about sizing and also going by the size chart I decided to go with an XL. My Labradoodle is a larger breed and about 55 lbs. This sweater fits him very well in the neck and the chest but only goes about 2/3rds down his back (in the photo with him lying down it looks longer). It's much too short though in length. I was afraid to go a size bigger (XXL) because I thuoght the neck and chest would just hang on him. I'm hoping that my review can help some of you out because many others that have done reviews here have not given their dog's measurements. So, I want to help guide you with sizing. Again, Larry is a full-size Labradoodle, weighing in at about 55 lbs. His neck measures 16". His chest is 30". And his length is 25". This is however a very nice sweater for the price and I do recommend it. Even with it being short he seems to enjoy wearing it.
Great Deal
This sweater fits both of my hound dogs perfectly - all the way up to their tails. (They are not the same size so it’s always hard to find the right fit for both.) I’m also always concerned how much it covers the stomach because my Mountain Cur has little to no hair on his under belly area and it gets cold in the Northeast. It’s great quality, not too thick and not too thin. The best part is it’s inexpensive. Overall, I highly recommend it.
Nice but...
I have three different size dogs so I ordered XS, S, and M. The XS fit perfect. The S was a little big, and about 1.5 inches too long and yes I measured the dogs. The M was way too big and is about 2-3 inches too long. I'm keeping them as the length will help keep their hind legs warm. I washed them hoping they might shrink a little, but they didn't. I'll keep them as they are nice sweaters.
Horrible quality
This sweater is too cute, but it was completely stretched out, to the point that it was falling off my dog within one day of putting it on. Cute for a couple hours, but after she took a nap, the neckline was completely stretched out and it was falling off of her. She is 6o lbs and did not do anything crazy to stretch the material, just horrible quality.
He Likes It!
We have bought him several jackets that close with Velcro. Being a mini Australian shepherd, he has long hair that gets caught in the Velcro. Also, the Velcro makes a loud noise which is scary. This sweater solved those issues. It's soft and he often wears for hours onside our home.
super stylish sweater
I bought this sweater for my dog and cat and my friend's cat and I absolutely love it. The colors and design are beautiful and the sweater is well-made. I love that it's a bit more sophisticated than the typical Christmas sweater. The sweaters shipped quickly and customer service was very quick to respond when I needed to return one for a different size. I ordered the XL for my 45 lb dog, the M for my 16.5 lb cat, and the XS for my friend's 7 lb kitty. My buddies look fantastic and I highly recommend!
Good quality
Handsome, well made. I purchased an xxl because my dog (basset hound) has a big chest. Washed and dried without shrinkage. Because it is stretchy fabric, can put his arms in the sleeve holes without difficulty. Purchased this just in time for the very cold weather snap. Thank goodness!
Oh, so stylish!
Love everything about this sweater! Love the colors (black, red, cream and bit of brown), the snowflake design, and the comfortable turtleneck. It's not too thick and not too thin...nice quality knit. Our American pit bull terrier weighs 50 pounds with a 28 inch chest. The XXL fits perfectly.
Beautiful and excellent quality
However dogs with stout body should reconsider because the neck area could be snug due to the design (a turtleneck). My pug is 15.2 lbs and a size medium based on the measurement. I wish there was a button to open. I will order a different design with a wider opening next time.
