My Aussie (3) are really hard on toys. Kong knot last about half a hour. The duck has been here over two weeks with very little ware. They - my Aussie’ play tug a war at least twice a day, the three of them pulling in their own direction. Great thanks to Frisco for a great toy!!
Why the feet??!!
I am on the hunt for a durable tug toy for my puppy and our older dog. They have so far destroyed every stuffy that we have tried purchasing. This one seemed promising, except for the feet. We ended up having to cut those off within the first few hours that we owned it. Footless, this toy seems semi-durable. We’ve had it a week or so, and they do enjoy playing with it.
Not Good for Chewers
Toys were fun, but if you have pups that are chewers...the little feet were the first to go. I thought that because of the reinforced seams they would last, but if you have chewers, they will stop at nothing. I had to take them away before they got to the squeakers. Fun for a bit, but no soft toy lasts very long.
Min Pin mix approved
I don't know if this toy activated my boys hunting instincts (he's part Jack Russell terrier) but he went into berserker mode when he saw this. He literally stole it and took it into his crate so his big brother couldn't take it. In less than 15 minutes he had torn off a wing and ripped out one of the squeakers so I think it's safe to say he approves. I might have to consider buying more.
The flat squeaks are Awesome!
My pit is obsessed with the squeak but she also loves the destruction. Unfortunately she was eating the inner stuffing so I started buying the flat or non filled squeaks and they are great! Durable, fun and easy for her to parade around with (she has to go in a circle with a toy whenever we show up) it is a hit! This guy was a lil smaller I didn't realize that as her other one is really big. I haven't seen her play with this yet either so I am going to buy the larger ones only going forward.
dog loves it.. doesn't want anyone to come close to it.. he takes it everywhere he goes, and.. so far hasn't tried to take squeakers out of it
My dog loves squeaking this toy! She has torn the feet off so you want to be sure and watch your dog if they are an aggressive chewer, but otherwise it’s great. Will keep buying these for my pup
"My very favorite toy ever!!". "Thanks Mom and Santa!"
Tobi is a year old Corgi, and a vigerous chewer, yet multible play-times a day, he has not damaged it at all. He grabs the neck and shakes and shakes....no damage. He wasn't especially fond of the sound the first time he heard it ...a very "bass tone...Huhnk," (no correct spelling for this sound... it startled him!) His favorite toy of all times!! Buy your fur-baby one!
very cute very flat, colorful
It's nice that it doesn't have stuffing, but not much of a squeaker. My dog plays with it occasionally.
I love my duck!
Super cute and tough with several squeakers and adorable little feet! And a great price too! I hope they make other animals in this style!
