Very Cute and loose enough for fussy pets.

Our kitties looked very dapper in this little tie. It secures with Velcro and there's lots of extra that you can just wrap around. We got a XS/S, and it would probably fit a medium sized dog given how much extra there is.

Easy to put on and take off. It is very cute, boyfriend said it wasn't masculine enough for our boy but I think it's perfect for spring! Lol! Hard to get a picture of him in it, as he's always on the move. It is large enough for my boy's 20in neck and with room to spare.
