Cool Steps
By Nicole on Jan 15, 2021
Will this fit your pets needs? Take a good look at the animals used in the photos to demo the product...that's a great place to start. I went off of the height assuming a few inches short of the top of my bed would be fine (and it is) but what I didn't factor in is that my dog is too much on the medium side to feel comfortable using these steps to go down. Aside from that, these steps are serving it's purpose. -Really easy to use -Sits nicely at the end of my bed -I used some training treats to get him (soon to be 9 y/o male Pomeranian) used to/familiar with his new stairs and he independently used them by the end of the night Overall a great buy and more pleasing to the eye and sturdier Will this fit your pets needs? Great value
By Kris on Jan 11, 2021
I have a very cautious senior (10# minpin) who now needs help accessing furniture. I bought these because they were relatively inexpensive, and I was unsure if my timid pup would be willing to use steps (he definitely wouldn't use any that have "give" like the foam ones, or that feel unstable). He's still learning to be confidant going up them, but they stay stationary, no shifting, and the carpet inserts give his feet traction. The height would work great for a couch, but is still sufficient for our tall platform bed, without extending too far into the room. It is a process, teaching him to be comfortable with them, but they work great for our needs

Just what we needed
By Zoey on Jan 2, 2021
These are great steps. Just what we needed. Sturdy, but light weight. Easy to pull out of box and use. Easy to fold up and store under bed. My 10 week old yorkie learned how to use the pretty fast. Up was easier than down. When we did not have them by the bed we place near a wall or door area so she could climb up to look outside. She absolutely loves her steps. We find her sleeping on them perched like a cat. Oh the cats like them to. They are excellent. If you have hard floors you might put a small rug/mat under the steps so they don't slip. The no slip pads work good but out of caution we put a mat down. We move the steps around the house a lot. That is the nice thing they are very portable These are great steps. Just what we needed. Stepsfordog

The steps are easy to use. Do a great job for my elderly dog to get in and out of our car. My problem is I have spoken twice to people in your organization and explained our driveway is a mile past the main road. They continue to leave product out by the main road. I do not leave my farm sometimes for four days. If I’m going to order in the future I hope you get this situation straightened out. There are six undeveloped farms in our development and mine happens to be the last one on the right. The road is paved. No excuses.

Dog steps 1 & 2
By Seawind on Jan 16, 2021
I bought these for my 15 year old dog who has been using a different set with only 3 steps thinking it would be easier for her. She hasn't seemed to like them and uses the old set. But my 12 year old thinks they are great and after only one time showing her how to use them, she uses them regularly. I think the 15 year old is just more used to the old set but maybe in time she will come to like these.

Frisco Foldable Steps
By PeeWee on Jan 12, 2021
Took a Week for my dog to not be afraid , now he is very comfortable with going you and down to get on the bed. He used to wake me up in the middle of the night to get water and I would have to wait so I can lift him back up, but now he gets up and down and I am getting sleep and my back is also getting relief, best buy I have made this year I really love this. Thank You Chewy.

My cat likes these steps!
By HiStepKitty on Dec 12, 2020
I am amazed that my stubborn petite cat is alternately using a swift jump onto the bed and ALSO, uses the steps sometimes, but mainly going down. She has had the steps in place for only ONE DAY so far. If my kitty can master them so easily, I am very sure others can get the hang of it. We didn't try tempting her with food but she figured out our hand gestures (sure?). She is adorable but not that smart so it HAS TO BE THE GREAT STEPS. Non-slip feature is excellent and our furry footed cat would slip without it. The steps fold up or down. No assembly and they will fit in a drawer under my bed when not in use. I heartily recommend these steps to folks with medium to petite pets. Sturdy steps
By Anne on Jan 19, 2021
We have these placed on carpet in our room. We got these for our Chiweenie to get into our bed without assistance. She goes up them by herself no problem. She still refuses to go back down, but we are working on it. These are sturdy, no chance of them falling over. The pads included help them stay nonslip for her little paws.

Love Chewy.com
By Ruby on Jan 9, 2021
I have been very happy with Chewy. Everything I’ve purchased has been perfect. I have had two friends recently who have had their pets pass away. They had to notify Chewy to cancel their monthly shipments. Chewy sent them cards and floral arrangements. I have never seen any other company so compassionate before. I will continue to do business with Chewy in the future.

Folding nonslip pet steps
By Bubby on Dec 15, 2020
After years of gluing, screwing and trying to keep the old wooden pet stairs together found these light weight plastic ones. Now the wooden one was fine until a visiting child decided they would be fun for her to go up and down on...don't get me wrong the wooden steps have there place with pets...but these are so light, and can be moved easily to clean under. Light weight yes, but not topple over sideways light if the cats are chasing one another up and down them . My concern was my 20 pound terrier size cat, but after watching the other cats going up and down he too is now using it. It is more narrow by an inch or so, but the same length as the old wooden steps. My concern was my 20 pound terrier size cat, but after watching the other cats going up and down he too is now using it. It is more narrow by an inch or so, but the same length as the old wooden steps. But found that it didn't matter as long as they had the nonskid pads!! As long as they can feel secure going down they are fine. Even after two weeks of avoiding them the "big one" finally decided they were so much easier than jumping back and forth to the bed. Originally the stairs were bought for our 17 year old cat, to make his life easier, but it ends up for all of them. The light weight is great for us humans, the nonskid pads make the animals feel secure going up and down, and lastly the fold out...it is very secure and tight fitting...no movement that would scare even a heavier animal off of them!! All in all these steps are great and my concerns about being "too light" and falling sideways when hit with a running animal bounding up the steps has been put to rest. They can take two adult animals chasing one another up and down the steps.. One very happy owner and 4 very happy users!! … more
