Grainy and off-centered

My beloved Chihuahua passed right before Thanksgiving. I ordered this to have for our Christmas tree. While it arrived in time for the holiday, I am disappointed with the quality of the product. The photo was taken with a digital camera, but appears grainy (almost cloudy), so much so that its almost difficult to read the print. Also, the photo is off-centered from where I positioned it when I ordering. I thought maybe it was my fault for not centering it properly, but the other side is fine! Just one side is crooked. I'm disappointed.
