high quality and comfortable
I was surprised at how well-made this was. Sequins stayed in place, Velcro wrap around neck and chest so even my cat who hates clothes was very comfortable in it. True to size, just follow the chart. (XS for my cat, neck 8”, chest 13”, base of neck to base of tail 14”).

The picture doesn't don it justice! This dress has sequins and is well made. It has Velcro at the neck and belly for easy on and off, even for a wiggly fur Baby. I think it could be a little smaller for Rosie (Chest is 15, Neck is 12) but the XS looked like it wouldn't fit at all. It is easily adjusted to fit and is fine for a photo op, as it wasn't meant for wearing for long periods of time. Rosie seems comfortable in it and pranced around to show "daddy". Even daddy liked it and he doesn't approve of dresses on Rosie. In his opinion, coats or sweaters to keep her warm is fine, but not dresses.
easy to move
Very glam! It’s my cats NYE dress. It’s easy for her to move since there’s no restraint around the legs; it’s just a chest strap and belly strap. The Velcro is very strong and I think I could have gotten an xs instead of small even though a small is good for her in this brand (9 pounds) but the adjustable straps can really make it fit well even if you are off a size.
party time!
This is the cutest little party dress! My dog normally wears a medium in this brand but this medium is way too big. Had to pin the sides to keep it on. No biggie since it’s not something she will wear often. Order down since the Velcro allows you to get a snug fit.

The dress was a perfect size from the size chart and we love the Velcro dresses, it makes it easier to put on our dog and she seems more comfortable. So pretty and sparkly 10/10 would recommend
