I purchased this as a gift. I was told it arrived yesterday. Unfortunately, after two pyredanes (pyrenees/dane) and a great dane pup played hard with it, "the witch lost her hat :( And head..." . The toy may do better with a single dog or two, but the soft toys on the rope definitely lost to the dogs.
My dog loves the fact that this toy squeaks and has also has a "crunch" to it on certain parts. She likes to roll around with it in her mouth or just squeak away. It has a cute collection of Halloween faces as well as a rope that my dog also likes to use.
Super cute, golden retrievers approved, survived being snuck out into the yard and dragged thru the mud while they played and washed up really well in the laundry ( looked brand new after washing)
We have a 5 month old heeler pup who had done pretty well with his toys, meaning he doesn't tear them up but I don't know what it was about the witch on the end but he absolutely demolished her within a day of getting the toy. Maybe he just didn't like the face she was giving him? He still loves it though and brings it to us when ever he wants to play tug :)
Dogs destroyed it in 2 minutes. I thought a tug toy would be more durable. Waist of $
