How do I measure my pet for this costume?
To measure your pet, we recommend using a soft measuring tape or the printable measuring tape on the Size tab. To measure your pet's body length, measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail; measure the neck by carefully measuring the circumference of the pet's neck leaving room for two fingers; to measure the chest, measure of the widest part (around the pet's belly). Tip: get lots of treats and a human buddy to help keep your pet still while measuring and write down each measurement to easily compare to size chart!

Not great for ball-chasing dogs

This costume is super cute and fits true to size. Only problem is the pumpkin-head part hangs down kind of low and look a lot like a tennis ball...so when our dog turns his head he sees it and keeps trying to bite it.

It was kinda tough keeping the headless dogman straight. And Beauty kept trying to bite stuffed pumpkin. But overall I loved it. I wish I could upload a video and show how cute/funny it looks when she runs. I love it! I got a size medium for shaggy 25lb girl

Very disappointed. Ordered 2 for a small and large dog.

I ordered 2 of these. One for my dog and one for his best friend. We took them both to Sleepy Hollow Cemetery and visited Washington Irving’s plot as well as the Headless Horsemen’s bridge. We were super disappointed. It’s just a stuffed animal sewed on to fabric. Neither of them sat up straight on the dogs. We had to hold them up for photos. You can see they were lopsided the whole time and you really couldn’t even tell what they were. I know very well what size Frisco clothing our dogs wear since it’s the only brand we order.

Oh, my goodness! This is so perfect! Gertie is a long, lean Aussie Golden so finding a costume that fit for her daycamp contest was tough. Too small, too large, too short, etc.. This fits perfectly. I also bought the Santa Reindeer Sleigh which is spot on. Great quality. And so I now take back all the mocking I did for those who have dressed up their dogs :)

A Houndy Halloween

We tried the XXL and it was just too big for our 60 lbs doggo. He's a hound-boxer mix and has a MASSIVE rib cage despite his height. This fits exactly as expected. It is also well proportioned so that the "rider" stays upright without chafing. The material and construction are perfect for the price. Honestly, we had a BLAST putting this on Roscoe. Although, there was a point when he tried very hard to eat the pumpkin. But he got over it. Now we can't wait for kiddos at Halloween!!!

Cute costume

I only gave 3 stars because half the time the rider kept laying flat. It was a struggle to keep the rider up long enough for some good pictures and fun. I also wish it didn't have so much velcro as my dog is sensitive to the noise it makes. I did get some good pictures out of it.

It stays on the whole time. Sizing is accurate, it fit my 85 lbs German Shepherd just right. I give it 4 stars because it tends to lean more towards one side of my dog's saddle, no matter how much I rearranged it, but still looked good.

Great material and study enough to stay on even during the initial, "what is on me?!?!?" stage. A little bigger circumference than expecting, but easy enough to adjust and make it fit! Overall, very happy and amused with this purchase!

Cute costume

Received so quick. The size large fits well on my dog, he's 24lbs and about 15" long. The straps are velcro and so far stay in place. The headless rider does lean back a little, will have to use something that will make it stand straight.
