My kitty went crazy!
It's so hard to find a quality cat scratcher that my cat doesn't destroy within an hour of opening. I was so excited to find a cat scratcher that went along with my holiday decorations. When I opened it up and put together this cat scratcher my cat was instantly drawn to it. I sprinkled some catnip on it and it kept my cat busy for hours. She scratched her nails and rubbed all over it and even after digging at the scratcher for hours she did not destroy it like other brands. She loved the toys and it kept her busy all day long. I'm also glad it's not an eyesore like some other brands can be when it comes to pet toys.
missing the main screw
Just opened on Christmas for Santa to give to the kids :( should have opened it previously, it’s missing the screw to screw the post in. It’s useless now unless I go buy a screw. I can’t replace it since it’s a Christmas item. It’s extremely cute and something that my cats would play with. Very sturdy cardboard. It would definitely be super fun if it came with all the parts.
Cute and festive
One of my cats really enjoys this toy and uses the actual scratch post, while the other mostly gives the cardboard a few scratches and continues on his way. Mine don't seem to go for the ball or the toys on the strings as much but if anything gets at least partial use, I consider it a win! It's cute to look at and allows me to decorate in a way that benefits both myself and the cats. Assembly is very easy and doesn't take much work or time at all.
simple assembly, lots of entertainment
Easy to put together and our cat loved it. The jingle ball on the track is fun, and the scratcher component feels high quality. Only qualm is the base could be a little heavier so it doesn’t slide on smooth floors, but that’s the trade off for it being recyclable corrugate (I’ll just put it on the rug). I don’t anticipate it lasting forever, but it’ll make it through the season I think since she plays pretty gentle.
Poor quality
Stripe wrapping around cat scratcher torn off - mauled more like it - by my kitties in just 2 weeks. Cardboard scratcher itself is now in the process of being ripped apart in tiny chunks. What a mess, so am throwing this out. That's a pity because the top part of the cat toy is a big hit with my kitties.
Poorly made cat toy
My cats really enjoyed these for about 30 seconds till the top completely broke off of them. I ordered two and they both did the exact same thing! Not worth the money. You can spend less on better toys for your cats. I would not recommend these.
Expect to make repairs
With 5 cats, one a kitten, we decided to forego a tree this year and get some festive cat toys and beds instead. This one is cute and very quick to assemble, but the toys came off their strings within less than 5 minutes after putting it together. I was able to make repairs, but that's not something the customer should have to do to a brand-new purchase.

My latest product to review is the Frisco Holiday Gingerbread Interactive Cat Scratcher Cat Toy with Catnip. This cat toy is so cute and helps to get my cat more involved and be more active. She was so curious as to what I placed on the floor in front of her and it didn't take her long to start playing with it. The device stands about 18 inches tall and comes complete with instructions, toys and catnip. It was easy to assemble and no tools were required to put it together. This toy mobile and cat scratcher will keep your cat entertained and busy for hours.
Not for my cat
My cat is 1 year old and he broke one of the dangling plastic pieces after 2 days. He is randomly amused by the ball that is in the cardboard circle, but mostly this is just an unattractive and partially broken decorative toy that lives in our den right now. I wouldn’t purchase anything like this in the future for him.
Super interactive and cute for the holidays!
Love how cute and multifunctional this toy is. Very easy assembly and my cats enjoy all the different parts to play with. My cats haven't quite figured out how to use the center scratch post but they may just prefer the bottom cardboard scratchers.
