What a disappointment!
Im normally not a complainer, but I would hate for someone else and their pet to have to go through what we have in the past couple of days. I purchased this toy for my sisters border collie, and my 4yr-old Lab managed to get ahold of it. Shes always loved rope toys and while I dont let her have them because she will suck on them until their halfway down her throat, shes not tough on toys whatsoever and is quite gentle. Within seconds and with all of us right beside her, she had swallowed one of the snowmans arms. Two emergency vet visits and 48hrs later, we were out 500 dollars and traumatized beyond words. Do not purchase this toy!!
Horrible toy
Dog bit through it in 2 minutes. Not durable at all for a dog who likes to play!
Dog tore apart.
Too many potential choking hazards. My dog tore it apart quickly.
Didn’t Hold Up
Very cute but after 1 day the nose is gone and exposed the stuffing so had to get ride of the whole toy which was too bad as the rest was fine.
Snowman dog toy
I LOVED this when I received it! It looks even better than online picture showed it! It’s adorable & so soft! I’m sure our little guy going to love it too!
Nice Christmas toy
I ordered this for my dog l, Sadie, for One of her Christmas presents. When the box arrived, Sadie saw it was her blue Chewy box and she knew it was hers, She loves Chewy boxes, I don’t know how a 20-pound dog can figure out that box that has arrived has her treats inside just buy seeing the blue Chewy logo. How do they know ? Sadie loves to play tug-of-war and her Snowman was put to use immediately. It’s very sturdy and well made. Mr Snownan’s rope legs held up to multiple games of tug of war with my over active dog. This is a sturdy adorable toy at a great price. I highly recommend this adorable Santa!.
Frosty in the greenhouse
I bought This for my 9 month old Australian Shepard who tore it apart in 2 days. His nickname is Captain Destructo (think of Sid from Toy Story) and this toy was not spared on his road of rampage. He ripped the leg holes, and chewed the scarf off (I’m pretty sure he ate them cause that something he does with fabrics). But would not recommend for dogs that like to play rough with toys.
Not durable enough
My dog tore out the guts in about 10 minutes! I picked up all of the fluff and gave it back to her to play with the rope part. She enjoyed it while she had it.
Great puppy toy
Keeps our puppy busy for a long time, we can throw it to him. Then he can play with it himself when he tires from us throwing it to him.
Not good for tug
Well this toy does not handle tuggers. My dog has ripped the arms out. Did a squeakerectomy on the toy. Stuffing everywhere. Fun toy while it lasted, but the material just doesn't hold up long.
