How will I know what the final product will look like?

The onscreen 3D product preview is an accurate representation of what the final product will look like. As you adjust images in the square preview window, you will see them adjust in the product preview as well! Use the product preview as your guide as you add text, select fonts, choose colors, and adjust zoom and rotation on images.
Can I choose which text boxes I fill in?

Yes, you are not required to fill in all text boxes. Where multiple boxes are available you can choose the combination of text boxes which best fit your personalization.
What are some ways to make sure my images look their best?

For best results use the highest resolution images of your pet, in the best lighting. Also, be sure to use the onsite tools after uploading to zoom and rotate your image to fit just right. Ideal images are a minimum of 1000X1000 resolution.
Can I microwave this? Is it dishwasher safe?

LOVED THIS

#ChewyTeamRated I really enjoyed editing this item and honestly thought it would be smaller. The texture of it is so smooth and it's so shiny. I actually gifted this to someone, and they loved it as much as I did. I will definitely order more as gifts and some for myself.

OMG I love it

This arrived fast and spiffy looking. I love it and so does my pooch. He licked the outside like he knew it was his face. XD Best thing. I plan to buy a new one every year to showcase our journey together for years to come!
