The entire bed is machine washable. The washing instructions are: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle only. Wash separately, do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Reshape as needed. For best results, hang to dry.

The mat will be approximately 1.25 inches thick, for all sizes.
My pup seems to be warm blooded, will this keep her cool in winter time? That's what she would prefer!

Perfect for my golden

I like this crate pad so much I bought a second one. I use one as a dog bed in our living room. The other fits perfectly in our 36 inch crate. They wash and dry well.
