Door breaks

I ordered this for a small space in my bathroom so I needed something smaller with it. This came and was the absolute perfect size but the door has snapped off twice now. Completely broken. I also don't love that the bottom of the litter pan has some grooves that the clumping litter likes to get stuck in, but I would have given this litter box five stars if it wouldn't have broken. I think I've had it for a week or so.

No Door Replacements

I purchased this cat litter box after the other one broke. It was more expensive than the last one. I was trying to upgrade because my kittens. It fit behind the door well because of the shape. The problem is the door broke. I called Chewy & they sent a new one. We (Chewy rep) tried for a while to find a replacement door online & their website. NOTHING! The litter box is great! The problem is that once the door breaks, you have to get a whole new litter box! The second door broke again! Now I have to buy another litter box! The door keeps the smell a minimum. Without its useless to me.....

Nice!

This is the third litter pan like this that I've purchased. This one doesn't have the recessed handle for lifting the hood and is a wee bit more narrow than the first two I purchase a couple of years ago, but the cats still like it. I have another jumbo covered litter pan also. I have three cats so there's no waiting!

Flimsy

The plastic on this is too cheap for how much it costs. Didn’t even last a year before cracking and spilling urine everywhere.

Poor design

My older Frisco litter box's hood attached to the tray with hinged latches. With this one, the hood snaps on to the tray and is difficult to manage. One side broke after a couple of weeks so the hood is loose and now urine sometimes leaks outside of the box. Will purchase another brand.

Reviewed by mistake under high sided litter box...

If you don't want to click around to find it, I can tell you this covered litter box is great. Fits my small bathroom perfectly, and my cat used it right away. She's a small cat, and the box is kinda small but it's what I wanted.

Used

The item came in a decent neat box. The litter box Lid looks like it has been used before. It has just arrived and the white part seems to look like it has been used for litter due to the grey dusting.

Very Flimsy

This litter box isn't very sturdy. Also, the lid is so difficult to get on/off that I'm afraid it will break every time I have to put it on or take it off. It's just a very low quality product that I definitely do not recommend.

my cat will not use this litter box! took flap off. Poops outside the box.seems really small for him to turn around in.he’s only 12 lbs .
