I read the reviews on this vest. I bought an x-small for my 9 lb Yorkie. Fits perfectly! Highly recommend! We went camping/canoeing for a week and had no issues at all. Drys and cleans very well. Love it!!

Seems like a well-made vest, but my dog literally "swims" in it. I followed the measurement directions but, being a Rat Terrier with a very deep chest, he is hard to fit. I'm returning it.

This life jacket is great for small dogs! Great fit, true to size and easy to get on!

My dog is built a little like a buffalo, out-of-proportionally large around the girth . I got a medium vest and I think she's between M and S. Used it today for the first time and it worked great. She likes to go out on the surfboard and the handle that is parallel to the dog rather than perpendicular makes fishing her out of the water easier. My only thought is that I think the ripstop nylon vests might dry faster; hers is hanging with my wetsuit and we'll see.

Livvy felt secure enough to keep jumping into Rollins Pond, ADX! This life vest has great buoyancy, fit is perfect (recommend using size chart), not bulky. Very well made. She loves it!

This life jacket is so awesome for my bull dog, he can actually swim without sucking the water into his scrunched up nose! He is big around the chest at 5 months old so got him a large.

Great fit, nice handle, works well. Happy to have a nice looking float with an easy for for my pup to use on our paddling adventures

Our fur baby loves water. He wore the jacket with pride as he could swim his family and be safe. Good fit, easy to adjust and easy for fur baby to move around

Our Shelties love to play in water but are tentative about swimming. These vests gave them the confidence to relax in the water instead of struggling to swim with all that hair. I ordered "medium" for our 22 pounder and "large" for our 35+ pound boys but the medium works fine for them, too, at this point. Our bigger boys are still less than a year old and will have another year or so of filling out to do so they will end up needing the larger size in the future, as the velcro flaps on the medium are just long enough to go around their bodies right now. We love the double handles on the back of these vests, useful to steer them around when they are swimming with us and the two handles make Our Shelties love to play in water but are tentative about swimming. Fabulous material, feels super nice to touch. The lifejacket was a little large and we needed it for the lake last weekend. When we went to return the life jacket to Chewy, Chewy refunded us and told us to donate the life jacket to our closest shelter. So I plan to do just that! Chewy is absolutely amazing!! Wouldn’t buy my pet products anywhere else.
