See Details for instructions to redeem.Your pup should avoid fast food, so help him eat more slowly. This slow feeder is made with a puzzle-like design that has ridges on its surface, to get your pup to take his time when he eats. That means less gulping and more time actually enjoying his food. Slow feeders may help support digestive health and help dogs feel fuller by lengthening mealtime. Easy-to-grip sides make moving it around easy, and the non-slip rubber base help it stay out. Plus, the base is made of BPA-free, premium plastic that’s also dishwasher-safe for easy cleanup.

This is a good bowl that really slows down my 70 lb lab! It takes her forever to eat her kibble and she likes hunting for her food in the crevices. My smaller dog though (40lbs) who has a smaller kibble still eats really fast with this bowl-- the grooves are too big I think and he can too easily get to them with his tiny snout. It also slides around the floor a LOT so the non-skid feature isnt great. The puppy also stole it once and started running around and chewing it- the plastic is pretty flimsy so he made a good indention with his teeth before I could get him to release it.
It's about the same size as my puppy, but she'll grow into it! I mix her wet and dry food and place it inside. It seems her mouth is too small to get the very last bits of the wet food, but I'm going to see if she can get to it with more work. I'm sure it'll be no issue once she's fully grown. This keeps her occupied and her tummy from getting sick from overeating so quickly.
I bought this for my 6 month old lab puppy. First of all it is supposed to be non skid, it isn't. It slid all over the floor. Second the "ridges" are so close together and the "wells" are so deep he couldn't get the food out at all. He finally gave up and walked away - a 6 month old lab puppy walking away from his food????
I purchased the 3 cup bowl for my cane corso puppy and it works as expected. It has slown down her feeding and has help up well.
The design and size of the bowl is great but it is not non skid as advertised. So plan coming up with a remedy for this problem if you buy this dish.
Got this for my heeler who doesn't seem to believe in chewing food apparently. Have used 3 other slow feeders and this one seems to have worked the best. She is smart so I do have to rotate them out from time to time. I have also used it for my German shepherd pup and it worked so well that he took FOREVER to finish his food.
My chihuahua was eating VERY quickly! He is overweight and needs to slow down. This product helps him. I cut up special flavors of something to add to his food, so he is more likely to hunt for all of his tiny bit of food. It is pretty large for him. I would prefer a smaller one. Sturdy, easy to clean, and helps slow down feeding time! Great product! I would recommend this.
We adopted our Shepsky, Bella Trouble in March. She was dumped on a busy farm road and I'm sure she wasn't loved much before. When we brought her home, she struggled with boundaries and eating. We were constantly standing nearby so she wouldn't hover or invade the eating space of our other 2 doggos. This slow feeder is great! Bella can't eat like she's in jail anymore! By the time she is done, the others have finished their meals in peace. The only drawback is that the feeder does slide a little but she doesn't seem to care. Happy derpies=happy mama! Thanks Chewy!
I have a large dog who has always gobbled her food. She eats like it's a contest. This bowl slows her down
It's a very nice bowl, my girl loves it. This is her first slow feeder. She enjoys licking and getting her nose into the grooves. It's a nice size, easy to clean. She does a good job and really all I'm washing is dog spit but it would be easy to get dried bits off if your dog leaves anything.
