Not as advertised
I bought this, along with a couple other things, for my dog for Christmas, and my first impression when I opened this yesterday was disappointment. The outer walls of the bed are as described, but the pad inside is not what I would describe as "orthopedic", rather it seems like bunches of cotton stuffed inside in lumps with no real support, like an old, beat up pillow. As soon as I got it, I was already looking at getting something else to put inside. It was incredibly disappointing as I thought I was getting something that my older dog would be happy with, but that doesn't appear to be the case.
These beds are a great solution.
Light and well-designed, my dog loves his bed. Allows her to be cool and cuddled at the same time.

It is soft and cozy and my dog fell asleep right away. She is 60 lbs and fits nicely.

The bed is flat. I expected some cushion. Disappointed.
Orthopedic is a stretch..
This bed is not the quality I expected from Frisco. I own another for the same dog - Frisco Textured Plush Orthopedic Front Bolster Dog Bed - and it's high quality foam and has lasted really well for 2 years. The foam in this bed is not supportive at all; I can feel the hard floor through it with a press of my hand. I would say the foam is the same as what is in a cheap plushy toy - calling this Orthopedic is a stretch. Also, the foam pad is not affixed to the bed and easily slides off or gets bunched up - within the first day, I glued it down so it would stay in place. If you have a dog that likes scratch their bed and circle to get comfortable, stay away. I have a feeling this $58 bed will last a couple months at most.
Not as Described
The orthopedic material is only on the sides of the bed. The bottom cushion is overstuffed synthetic fill, and is not attached to the bed. This design will not provide any support for your pet. I don't know how you classify something as an orthopedic bed if the sleeping surface is not orthopedic?!?!
Orthopedic dog bed
My dog absolutely loves it. He spends more time in it than his old one. Sides are higher, orthopedic cushion is great. I love the color. Price very reasonable. Would definitely buy again.
Comfortable
My puppy loves this bed, it's his favorite place to be during the day. He just dive right in it. Thanks Chewy for ontime delivery. My son is buying one for his dog. The bed is very comfortable.
