The bottom is the same blue color as the interior and this pool is made from durable PVC.

This pool is made of PVC with nylon mesh core provides extra strength and protection from punctures. It’s not recommended to leave in direct sunlight or extreme heat for extended periods of time because the pool can become hot. Store indoors when not in use.
