Freaking Awesome
Easy enough for one person to put together (need an electric screwdriver- some holes missing). Birdie the Cat instantly loved the balcony. For cat safety I will have to move it away from the edge of our apt balcony when I can't exclusively watch her - luckily it's fairly lightweight. There is a very strong, freshly cut wood smell. Sturdy and big. Better than expected and a happy adventurous cat customer!

So cute. I can't say if my cat likes it or not yet. I am moving and haven't brought her to the new home until I get all her stuff together. I'm thinking she will love it. Took me about 20-30 minutes to put together ( pretty easy just stick to the instructions and you will do fine) It does have a flat roof so rain my collect. I have mine on porch with top so not worried about it.

#chewyteamrated This house is adorable, lightweight, and easy to move. Since I don't actually have a cat, I removed the plastic flaps, added some hay, and my dove loves to go inside and take a rest. I plan to add a perch to the top so he can have a look out tower.

Perrrrrfect
Very easy to assemble, I did use a drill to make it easier and faster took like 20 minutes to get the whole house together and my cats loved it. Its very warm inside, I was worried it wouldnt be big enough for my two very large cats but it has soooo much room I could have gotten the smaller one.
Boys new home
Was so much fun and easy to put together. It's for a feral, Boy, living on my front porch. I doubt it's water proof, but I have it on my front porch and have an 4' X 8' X 8' structure covered in heavy plastic. I even stapled in some insulation for extra warmth. Great quality and a snap to put together. Sad I could not post pictures
Cat loves the wooden house with balcony!!!
Our outside cat loves this house! He enjoys snuggling on the bottom or relaxing on the top. It was easy to put together. He did not like the door, so we took that off. I put the FurHaven ThermaNAP Faux Fur Self-Warming Dog & Cat Mat in the bottom.
