Jacket did not hold up
The jacket is just okay. Definitely gets 5 stars for cuteness. The jacket never fit quite right and creates a lot of static--it was always shocking us and making my pup a bit itchy after walks. All of that was tolerable for the price of the jacket, but now the velcro has completely deteriorated and won't hold together. Didn't even make it through the cold season!
Cute and keeps the rain off him, but poor quality
We’ve only had this coat for a few weeks and my pup has worn it maybe three times and the stitching is already coming apart. I would probably spend a bit more money and get a more quality rain jacket. 2 stars because I think it looks really cute on him and it gets the job done of keeping him mostly dry.
Cute Color, light weight, runs short
I ordered the small because according to the size chart, it was the correct length; NOT EVEN CLOSE. The jacket does not cover the second half of her back. Otherwise, it is a cute lightweight jacket and my granddaughters think Mila is styling when she wears it. I would recommend you size up.
Cute but low quality
This jacket is very cute but it’s also very low quality. I ended up returning it and I would skip it if I was you. The stitching is very loose and just continued to unravel after the first use. The Velcro also sticks to the trim, effectively tearing the top of fabric and ruining it. It’s also ~very~ lightweight.
Ava's view on Gradient Blue
I bought the XL based on comments that it runs small - luckily I have 2 dogs 1 size apart. This fit my bigger pup she is neck 14"/chest25"/back24", its a tad big in the chest and that's exactly how the chart indicated. So I vote - measure your dog & match the chart. Worked out just as well, the jacket is very very light, and perfect for Ava , my active runner. You can see in the pix, the jacket covers her completely head to tail, so that is a bonus. Its handy to have something to keep the mud off or brave the foggy misty mornings. The minus -1 star is a disappointment in velcro. The jacket is awesome, I'll be lucky if the velcro stays stuck for more than 1 season, the strap is thin and for new out of the box, it could be pulled apart easily - in my opinion. Not sure I'd recommend this jacket yet, its a first time trial for me, I know the "wear and tear" on "terrier gear" can be "robust" at our end.
Friscooops
This jacket runs a full size smaller than marked. Good quality so I am giving to my grand dog in his Christmas bag. The raincoat was perfect and it was Marked the same size.
Excellent coat for dogs who don’t like to wear coats.
Very cute. Plus Oscar doesn’t like to wear coats, but, likes this one. Very light weight and keeps him warm.
Light as a Feather
This jacket comes with a small pouch to roll up so it’s definitely packable. It’s the material like a windbreaker too so it’s great if it’s raining which is always the case where I live. It’s also hot in good ole Florida so jackets that are comfortable and breathable are important to me. It fits perfectly for my shih tzu who is about 15 pounds and he wears a medium still with plenty of room! I love the ombré color too. It’s a color I’d pick for myself. #ChewyTeamRated
Ran short but nice
This is nice and lightweight, easy on. Ran short on my pug, who isn't very big. Exchanged for a larger size which may need alterations for fit. But otherwise a nice light jacket. Measure your dog before you order.
Perfect fit!
We live near the beach and this little jacket is the perfect look for my dog! She looks like a little mermaid in it. :-)
