Nicely made
For my tiny dog the neck is too large. However, I am not concerned she will slip out while on a walk. The quality is fantastic. The chest can be tightened quite a bit. I did sew the neck to be a bit smaller. If your small dog has short legs or short neck it would not be a good car harness. She can get her leg through the neck or head through the leg opening while curled up napping. My slightly bigger small dog is absolutely fine with the neck opening, he has longer legs and a longer neck.
Sizing not as Advertised
Needed a Harness for a dog with a girth of 25 inches. Label on harness says adjustable 22 in to 27 in but adjusts to maybe 24 inches at best. Wasted several days waiting on this. Chewy is great about returns but will buy locally now.
Size chart way off! Look elsewhere!
Bought 2 harnesses and put this one in reserve. Based on the size chart measurements, this harness in large was perfect for her. WRONG! No way could it be adjusted to go around her girth when I tried it on her today. Going to give it away.
Frisco Harness
The harness does not allow easy adjustment around the head. TO have the harness snug around the chest/neck area you have to keep the straps tight.. This does not allow you to easily slip the harness over the dogs head.
Good dog harness
I bought this harness when my dog was a puppy. I liked it so much I bought another one only larger. It adjusts in several places for the perfect fit. Good product.
Weird fit/great customer service
I measured my 2 beagle mixes (one puggle, one special blend lol) bith are @ 27" so i bought 2 Medium. They are strong and sturdy and I inagine, quality, IF they fit. Both dogs massively bagged at the neck despite 20 minites of adjustments and barely snapped close on the longest setting. Customer service was above and beyond great as always but these were a big no. If you have a dos that had a barrel-y chest, no way the neck will fit. Or vice versa. Weird b/c their okd Chais Choice harnesses are M with identical size guides ??
Great Fit!
I ordered the medium size for my corgi & it is a nice, snug fit. This is a good harness option, especially considering the price. I recommend it!
Frisco Rocks
First time purchase and I think it is a great harness. Comfortable for my pup and fits secure. No more worries when out walking. She walks great with this. Also love the reflective part for late walks!
Not bad sizing chart is a little off
I measured using the guide and bought a Large, but the front is a bit too large (half an inch maybe an inch) on the smallest setting and had a good amount of wiggle in the chest which causes a little shifting.(the waist fits well) So I should have gotten a medium. The cut is good, and well suited for a corgi. (Thick neck, chest, waist, and short shoulder/leg) The cut is high enough, even with the size disparity, that it doesn't interfere with his shoulder or slide forward allowing him to "step out" of it. The padding is thick. We went to the water along the trail first, then usually got for a long walk and am dry by the time we were done for the day, but this was still damp/muddy. I like it, I wish I'd have gotten the Medium, but, overall, it's a decent harness, and the price is great. It's very reflective, has a very thick buckle, and is substantial in the weight of the nylon.
Reflective Harness - works as it should.
I was looking for a no pull harness and purchased this one because during chat with Chewy, I was told that this particular one was made in the USA. Tag says made in China so if you are looking for a USA product, do not purchase this item.
