Put some potty relief in place for your pup with this dog litter from Frisco by Chewy. The highly absorbent composition is low on dust, non-clumping and perfect for providing a potty spot for your pup to use in-between walks, offering a helpful way to prevent messes. The inclusion of baking soda makes it a stink vacuum, so in addition to messes, it helps with odors, too. It works well for senior dogs or to start potty training your puppies, and it’s made with 95% post-consumer recycled paper, making it an excellent option for eco-friendly households.

Dog: Always wash hands after litter box cleaning/handling. Do not flush waste material or litter. Select dog litter pan of appropriate size so animal can turn around with plenty of room. Puppies/dogs should be monitored while they are litter box trained. If chewing or ingestion occurs, remove litter immediately. Consult veterinarian as needed.
Cat: Wash your hands after handling used litter. Parasites in feline feces can cause toxoplasmosis. Pregnant or nursing women and immunocompromised people should avoid cat waste. Indoor litter box use and proper disposal of outdoor cat feces is beneficial to overall water quality. Always put used litter and waste in the trash. Do not flush down the toilet or dispose of it in gutters or storm drains.
Product filled by weight; some settling may occur. Store in a cool, dry place.
Paper, Zeolite, Baking Soda.
The main difference between Frisco Dog Litter and cat litter is that the pellets will be larger so that your pup’s feet are more comfortable and stable when walking atop it!
Do Not Flush! You should not flush this or any Frisco Litter.
We recommend you closely monitor your pup as they are litter training! Please remove them from the litter box if they try to eat the litter and use positive reinforcement when they use their litter box properly!
If you are training a puppy to use Frisco Dog Litter, we recommend using a litter box they can easily get in and out of – a shorter box for puppies is typically best! If the litter box is for a senior dog, we recommend a large litter box your pup can easily move around in, with a low entry point for easy access. A box with high walls is recommended if your pup is a leg lifter!
We recommend you remove solid waste as soon as possible from Frisco Dog Litter, as dogs will generally not come back to use as often if the litter is soiled. From there, add some new litter to the mix to maintain a good level in the pan! Frisco Dog Litter should be completely changed every 5-7 days.

I used Purina second Nature Dog litter for YEARSSS until they discontinued it! I haven't found anything that comes close to it....until I came across Frisco Paper Pellet dog litter! I am SOOOOOO impressed with this product...no smells AT ALL! Please never stop making this!!!!
I bought the litter for my two 13 week old Shih Tzu puppies. All they do is eat the litter and play in it. I tried a spray to attract them to do their business, I put their poop and paper towel with their pee in the litter … nothing worked! I sprayed Bitter Apple on the litter to deter them from eating it … no luck with that either! So I can’t recommend it because if the puppies or dogs ingest this product, it can cause a blockage and will need to be surgically removed! Not worth the risk to subject my babies to having to go through surgery. I’ll stick with the washable pee pads.
Saw the price for this 25 lbs bag and gave it a chance compared to other pellet litter. First thought when opening was how strong the smell was, its not a familiar smell but im sure it's from the baking soda. It isn't pleasant. So far in an open room it isn't noticeable and the litter absorbs moisture well. The pellets however are larger than they really need to be which makes the mixture more coarse. I can't say I'll buy again just because of the smell but if that's not an issue with you this is a fine product.
At first I wasn’t sure this was going to work out for us. We have cats and they’re litter trained so we figured…. Just maybe for the pup. We work long days and leaving our puppy home without potty breaks isn’t an option. We have a dog walker but one day she was unable to make it, needless to say, we had a few accidents. I set up a little potty station in the mud room with a 4’ deep tray. We spent the weekend encouraging indoor potty time and were happy to see that our little guy used the litter the following week. We still have a dog walker for our long days but we worry just a little less about our pup needing to use the bathroom while we’re gone. When he’s a little older we’re going to install a doggy door out to the fenced yard, but for now this is a great option to keep everyone happy and healthy.
I decided to try litter training my 5 week old puppy since I couldn’t be home during the day to let him out. I was amazed at how well he took to it and how well it works. The litter absorbs well and lasts a long time. My only issue is that o the puppy and my 2 yr old Shepard keep nibbling the pellets. This is now my go to litter for my litters of puppies for their potty box. Since Purina stopped making their litter, I have not found anything comparable until now. Doesn't disintegrate too quickly. The bag has a zip lock closure & a good weight. Definitely recommend this product, ordering more!
If you're looking for a reliable dog litter option for training or if your dog has limited outdoor walking space, then Frisco Paper Pellet Dog Litter is definitely worth considering. This litter is a great choice because it generates minimal dust during use, making it easier to breathe and less messy to clean up. The paper pellets do an excellent job of controlling odors, which is a major plus. The litter doesn't track, so you won't have to worry about it spreading throughout your home. I found cleaning the litter is easy. Overall, I recommend Frisco Paper Pellet Dog Litter for its grea performance and ease of use.
I've been baby sitting my buddies chihuahua puppy and I think there isn't a harder animal to train. They have been getting him to use puppy pads because they live in a second floor apartment but I got some of this Frisco Paper pellet dog litter mainly because I don;t want to mess with the pads. It's a lot easier to scoop out what you have to and then I'll change it after a few days like they recommend. Luckily I won't be watching the dog too much longer but the litter has made the job a little easier. How are you even supposed to walk a chihuahua? I'm used to boxers.
What an amazing product. I had no idea these things worked with dogs. Our little boston terrier suddenly started urinating in the house. We put out the pellets and he went straight to it. The pellets have an odor absorbing material which really works. We are very happy.
Thank you for coming out with this great dog litter. We potty trained and used Purina for our now senior Havenese. Since it was discontinued we have tried multiple kitty litters none of which worked well. THIS LITTER DOES! So, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
I got the Frisco Paper Pellet Dog Litter for my aging dog and it works great. Its easy for my dog to use in a litter tray. She likes using it and it keeps her from using other areas that are not meant for potty time. I like that you don't get any odor and its not really messy to clean up. The bag is super heavy though.
