Defective clip

The collar looked super cute and it looks like a nice high quality collar HOWEVER we had the plastic clip break in the same spot on TWO of these collars. My dog only wore the first for a couple weeks when the first collar broke. I had accidentally ordered 2 of the collars so I thought oh well, it happens. Within 3 months the second collar clip broke in the same spot. I’m very disappointed in the quality.

Cute and Cozy

Our puppy hated wearing her original collar. She kept trying to get it off, and then she would chew it up like a toy. We ordered this one, and we left it on her for gradually longer periods of time over the course of a week. Now, she wears it all day and night with no problems at all, and she looks so cute.

Broke After a Month

One of the prongs on the plastic clasp broke, snapping clean off from the collar. It happened when I was taking the collar off my dog. The clasp was a little stiff but it should not have snapped simply by me taking the collar off. Luckily Chewy customer service is amazing and they're sending me a replacement. Hopefully this one lasts longer.
