I bought this item as a Christmas gift for my boyfriends mother, as a remembrance of her puppy that passed away this year. GREAT GIFT. Product took a week or so to make but as soon as they finished it came quickly to the house. Product looks high quality and picture came out pretty well. Loved the mug will buy one for myself lol
