To select the most accurate size collar for your pet, measure the center of their neck with a cloth tape measure, a few inches down from their head. Pull the cloth tape measure snug, but not tight. If you don't have a cloth tape measure, you can use a piece of string and measure it with a rigid ruler afterwards. Make sure there's enough room for about two fingers between the collar and your pet's neck for comfort.

Way too Big for tiny neck - tiny dog

I was so excited about getting this personalized collar but will not be able to use it. After adjusting it as far as it can be adjusted - it is still way too big and too wide. Taco's neck only measure 9" and it looks like I ordered a Med thinking that if it adjusted to 10" it would be fine. But the width of it makes it too bulky for a long skinny wiry dog with a small frame and head. My fault - I should.have ordered and extra small but not sure Chewy has that size in color I need. Will check again and chalk this up to my loss.

No need for a jingling tag!

Sound of metal tag with my pet’s name and my cell number banging against her Invisible Fence collar was driving me crazy. Had an epiphany...Get one of these embroidered collars with all that info - and NO jingling!! I’m a happy camper :)

Loved the collar. It was soft and light weight. Unfortunately my little dog found it after I took it off to comb him. He loved it so much that he chewed the fastener and it no longer opens. It is now a chew toy. I will order another.

I ordered a personalized dog collar, but received one that was not the same design. The collar that I received, was one of good quality, and the embroidered dog’s name and phone number were very nicely done. However, it was not suitable for my dog. I called Chewy, the customer support person contacted the dealer, and without hesitation, I was promised that the correct collar will be shipped. While this is an inconvenience, I realize that mistakes happen. In these difficult days of the pandemic, we all need to practice patience and tolerance. Thank you, Chewy, for putting the customer first!

Nice collar for dog/cat. Average quality. Selling point is the name and number. It reduces the need for an additional tag that could get caught on something and cause strangulation.

I got the blue collar with red thread. It looks terrific and is easy to read, even though it's quite small. Good value for the price--i think it will last awhile.

Disappointed, stiff material, cheaper quality snap, narrower collar, and the D ring is much smaller than on Murphey's old collar. Had no idea that your product wasn't suitable for tieout until the little note fell out of the packaging.

I love the customizable tagless collar. This is her ‘home’ collar, so nice to not need the jingling tags but still know that she is easily identified. I also love that the thinner width was available in larger size.

I hadn’t been able to find a narrow collar for my Yorkie. I had a big thick one on her. This is a narrow light one with her name and telephone number on it. So much nicer.
