Photo is cut off

I'm bummed...I submitted the photo, exactly how I wanted it to display (not too zoomed in a fit the ornament's proportions). But when I got the ornament, much of the dog's head is cut out of the photo and the hanger hole goes right through his head. I got it as a gift for someone and now it is unacceptable to give. :-(

I bought two, 1 as a gift. These ornaments are larger than expected (not a problem). I bought the plaid for my daughters dog, turned out great. The picture on the one for my dog with the red and green corner stripe is too dark. I suggest making sure your picture has good lighting.

I had one made for my dog and it is just the cutest thing. I loved it so much I ordered a different one from the same brand for my boyfriends cat. Since it prints on both sides though there should be an option to have a different picture on the other side. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.
