So the back of the mug says Spoiled and added the cat's photo together on the front. I got to choose better colors that represented me and chose colors that made the starbursts stood out better. So cute and it came faster than I expected. Haven't used it yet - hope it stands up to repeated washing because I do drink loads of coffee.

They arrived well packed and the ladies love them. A heart warming gift for yourself or friends.

I got this cup for my daughter. It is beautiful and she loves it. The color is just as it is shown. I highly recommend this

I got this for my dad for Christmas and he LOVED it! I had no idea that Chewy did personal items and was excited to order this. Now I just have to convince him to use it since he loves it so much!

Received the first one, pic was to large for mug. I contacted customer service, they re-sent the same mug with the same picture as the first mug. You can not see the picture. Again, the pic was to large for the mug. The concept of it was gone. (Twice)

I bought 3 different Frisco mugs. Each was personalized different and they turned out beautiful. The personal pics that are put on mugs are bright and clear. Two were bought as gifts and both loved their gifts. When making the lay out plan of mug have fun, try different colors, saying, pictures to get best result.

Hi there I bought the personalized coffee mug for my grandaughter for Christmas she has a siamese kitty she loves dearly, I posted a picture of her kitty and picked my background color, they have lots to choose from. It was very easy to do only took less than five minutes to order this awesome mug. The mug came two days before Christmas, just like they said it would. It was packaged so nicely, it was in a styrofoam box that the mug fit snugly into, and sealed if it would have been dropped it would have been fine. I opened it up and the mug was perfect. My granddaughter opened the gift and she sat and stared at it she loved it, I'm pretty sure it was her favorite gift this year. So I got it in the I love the cup it’s has great quality and potential. However, there’s a massive chip on it and it makes so sad to look at it. I was so excited and you pay good money for it. If it wasn’t for this chip it would be a 5/5 stars but yeah just makes me sad.

It's an adorable mug I ordered for boyfriend for Christmas. I downloaded picture, select color choice and it was that simple. It's cute.
