warm and fuzzy
I was pleasantly surprised with this vest. It is very stretchy which makes getting in and out of it easy and its very soft and cozy. My dog is 54 lbs and I got him an XXL which is a tight fit. I might get a size up if I order another one. At any rate, my dog loves it! He sleeps on the bed with us and does not like getting under the covers. He was cold while sleeping on top and was always circling and digging, so this vest has been a big help. He seems to like the snug "swaddling" effect. My only criticism would be the rather odd sizing. Buyers should pay close attention to the sizing chart and measure carefully. I will buy this again and recommend it. Very reasonably priced as well.

I really hope they bring these back and maybe also in different color options. Very soft and comfortable. No rediculous hood. Washed excellent. Had 3 of them ourselves Bully 75 lbs XXXL Bully 45 lbs XXL pomapoo 2 lbs XXs Our friends sheltie-poo 18lbs L This is a great product for useful, warm wear, not just cute as heck!!!!
Very soft and cute
This vest is beautiful, very soft, and cute but SIZE UP. My poodle weighs 14 pounds and the Large fits him very well. My white Maltese lady is 10 pounds and the medium fits just fine. I bought the small one for my cat, but it is very tight for him.
Cute, but not for my dog.
This is a cute, soft and light coat. As the other reviews stated, this coat runs small. I even measured my dog before I ordered it. I am going to return this item because there is no velcro opening. If I had to put this coat over my 60 pound black lab's head and squeeze his legs up into the leg openings each morning this winter before our walks, I would get frustrated. I plan to look for a coat that can go over his head and then velcroed under the stomach for easy on/off.
Super Cute!
I really like the way this looks on our Golden, and it's great to keep the snow, mud off her belly when we walk. The only issue I have is that it's a little hard to get her paws/legs in the leg holes, but that's just a preference thing. I think I will stick with zipper going forward. But this is great quality and a good product overall!
Buffalo plaid fleece dog vest XXL
4 stars because material while cute and soft causes large amounts of static electricity. Also, sizing was an issue. Had to order XXXL because the XXL was too tight around her chest and XXXL is a bit too big. Return was a breeze. Very helpful Chewy staff!
Nice warm sweater
My dog likes it. Keeps her toasty. Your dog must be flexible enough to have its front legs bent to position through the arm holes because it has no closure. Just fits over the head and then one front leg at a time. So don't buy it too small or you may have trouble slipping it on.
Sizing not accurate
Love the look of this jacket [it even matches one of my own] but should have ordered a size larger than he normally wears. There is no "give" to the fabric and is very hard to put on and take off. I was very disappointed.
The Plaid One Runs Small
I measured each of my pups length, neck and chest and ordered three of the vests based on the size chart. I have a small dog, with a neck size of 10", length of 12" and a chest of 16" and she weighs about 10 pounds. I had to shove the small on her head and the rest was very tight. I had ordered a medium for my other dog who is a little larger. 15 pounds, 12" neck, 13" length and 16" chest and it was too small for her. The medium fit my small dog but it was a little big. I have ordered the large for my other pup. I also ordered an XXXL for my 70 pound pup. His neck is 20", his length and chest were just under the measurement. The XXXL is a snug fit and it is a little bit of a struggle to get his second paw in it but it can be done. I am keeping it because he gets very cold at our cabin and I want him to be warm at night. I also ordered the Frisco Stretchy Dog vest and it was a much better fit. I would suggest ordering up on this. Big shout out to Chewy who processed my return without any hassles.
Runs Small
My senior Labs chest is 29 inches and weighs 62lbs. I ordered an XXL which is suppose to fit a 31 inch chest. It fits tight!! Disappointed, as she needed this for winter to help her keep warm. :-(( I suggest ordering it 4 inches bigger for the chest size.
