a perfect gift!

I got this mug personalized with a picture of our cat for my wife for Valentine's day. She loves it! And it came out really well. The colors and patterns are fairly customizable, and the size is a pretty normal size. My only critique is that I couldn't figure out how to change the font size, or if that was even possible, and the letters on the top and bottom row are *really* tiny.

I was very happy when I received my mug they actually ship it in a styrofoam package to protect it from getting damaged or broken it looks amazing check out the pictures it's very happy and it's very reasonably priced thank you chewy for a great product. This is my favorite mug I use it everyday.

I love the picture quality. I've ordered several of these cups. This time tho..the top and last line had very very small writing that is hard to see. I dont know why it was made like that.

These turned out absolutely adorable. Brings me joy every time I use this cup. They are well made and well packaged. My ONLY improvement request would be an option to reorder without having to recustomize. There’s no way to go back and reorder from previous order, which I wanted to do after I saw how great they turned out. You have to start over and customize which means they won’t be exactly the same. So if you think you’ll like the one you make, order multiples because trying to reorder more later means starting over.

I love the mugs because I got to pick out the picture of my dog that passed away in 2018 every time I use the mug think of him and it's best way for me to remember him it brings a smile to me. I hope others will understand the my meaning for this it to keep him in my heart.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the 3 mugs, I purchased. I've even put them on the top shelf of my Dishwasher without the high heat setting for a 49 min. cycle and they came out perfect. Would certainly buy these again.
