    It’s like a cloud.

As soon as I took off the wrapping, my dog jumped right on it and he’s loved it ever since. He’s usually hesitant about new beds and don’t love them right away, but that was not the case with this bed. I assume it’s super comfortable because I’ve never seen him react this way to a bed before. He often As soon as I took off the wrapping, my dog jumped right on it and he’s loved it ever since. He’s usually hesitant about new beds and don’t love them right away, but that was not the case with this bed. I assume it’s super comfortable because I’ve never seen him react this way to a bed before. He often chooses sleeping on the bare floor over his other beds in the summer, but not since receiving this bed. He’s a corgi mix, about 30 lbs, and I bought the large size. A medium might have been ok but he likes to sleep on his back and sprawl out sometimes or sploot. I bought the grey one with the white pillow top. The stuffing for the pillow isn’t one piece, it’s several individual pieces. Also, the pillow stuffing doesn’t have a casing. It’s just stuffed inside the bed cover. Sooo if you wash the bed, you either have to leave the stuffing zipped in the bed cover and wash it, or remove the individual stuffing and put it into a bag and then wash the bed cover. The white pillow top also isn’t white. It has a weird light green tint to it. I think it may be from the color of the pillow stuffing showing through the fabric. The stuffing is green. There’s a foam mattress underneath the pillow top that can be removed when the fabric bed cover needs to be removed and washed. My corgi mix is older, has short little legs, and it’s easy for him to get in and out of the bed. I feel like it’s an expensive bed, but it’s worth it. I think it helps my dog’s joints since he’s older and I think it supports him really well when he’s resting or sleeping. He seems to really love it. I don’t know how well the bed holds up since I just received it. I don’t know how well it holds up to washing either, the cover or the pillow stuffing. I haven’t washed it yet. I definitely would buy it again. Worth it. … more

    Not for heavy dogs

I’m so bummed to give this a bad review. I really like the look of the bed and the material is soft and goes with my decor nicely. I’ve had 3 Frisco beds prior and this and all of them were sturdy and supportive, so much so that after my Sam passed I held onto them and handed them down to my Cooper I’m so bummed to give this a bad review. I really like the look of the bed and the material is soft and goes with my decor nicely. I’ve had 3 Frisco beds prior and this and all of them were sturdy and supportive, so much so that after my Sam passed I held onto them and handed them down to my Cooper now. I finally needed to replace one that gets washed so much it’s starting to wear out, Cooper can be a little messy. Overall this bed is great, but I didn’t realize convoluted foam is really just egg crate, and Cooper, who’s 80lbs., bottoms out on this bed so it’s not soft or supportive for him at all. I can remedy this by replacing the convoluted foam with a piece of thick memory foam, but spending $80 on the bed and then spending another $40-$50 to make it work is disappointing. … more
