Order this bowl to lift the water up closer to make it easier for my dogs to drink. The bowl is of good quality but the rubber sill was dirty and damaged good the bowl can be used with out it. The dogs seem to like the bowl and even drink more water. It is easy to clean. If you order remember to order the white, the back shows stains.
After some investigation and a lot of curiosity, my fur baby took right to this bowl. I currently use it for her water dish. I like that it is a full 4 cups so it is not likely to run dry quickly anytime soon. I most love that the elevated bowl is designed to put less stress on my cats neck and makes it easier for her to digest. It does take up a bit more real estate (space) than my previous water bowl. Also the shiny stainless-steel bowl makes it hard to tell sometimes if water level is low. But I appreciate that it is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning and sanitizing.
I ordered this Frisco Premium Round Shape Elevated Single Dog & Cat Bowl for my Luna. Luna is a 70 pound puppy who has to hunch down to reach her bowl when placed on the floor. It just looks uncomfortable. I thought this bowl would be perfect. It's just big enough to accommodate her food but it doesn't take up as much space as some of the other elevated bowls that I saw when I researched. I must say that this bowl is quite sturdy. Its four legs make it very stable. My clumsy puppy has yet to knock it over. It is quite cute too! The wood and white paint give it a nice look. We are both happy with my choice.
After receiving the Frisco Premium Round Shape Elevated Single Dog & Cat Bowl, White, 4 Cup. It is just the right size for small to medium cats & dogs. This bowl is a very nice dinner dish suitable for your cat or dog. It is made from a combination of wood and stainless steel, with a large opening, this elevated bowl not only looks super fancy, but it’ll also hold up and stays in place well after many feedings. The elevated design means less stress on their necks and easier ingestion of their food. The bowl can hold up to 4 cups of food or water and comes in either black or white. I love stainless steel bowls for my pets. Its super easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Very Happy
My dogs enjoy having a water bowl that is elevated as they are getting up there in age. This bowl has a nice design that matches the rest of our decor. I like that it’s stainless steel. It’s easy to clean. I would recommend this item to a friend.
I finally found a water bowl I like and my cat likes. It's the right height and she has not been able to knock it over. Lol. It's sturdy and I like the rim.
So so happy with this! Best Cat bowl Ive ever had. Real wood, cute design, metal bowl, and the bowl has a rubber ring around it so it fits perfectly without any annoying banging like my other metal bowls. Its also perfect size for my cat as he grows. Absolutely love it!
I love this bowl and stand. The bowl comes out of the stand so you can wash it easily. My pets have really gravitated towards it. I had a water jug dispenser for them and put the bowl and the jug next to each other. All of them have started going for the bowl first. I have a medium sized Aussie/blue heeler mix and I think it has helped him from gulping his water down too quickly.
This is a review of the Frisco Premium Round Shape Elevated Single Dog & Cat Bowl. I’m using it for our adopted stray cat. To be honest I had never thought about the height of the bowl I was feeding our cat with. After thinking about it, it did make sense that the height of the feeding dish would/could affect the comfortability of his eating. Originally, we just had those metal bowls we fed him with. Those were pretty low to the ground. Then we had got some raised plastic feeding bowls and he seemed to prefer being fed in those. Those are about 1.5” lower than the Frisco elevated bowls. So, I decided to test out the plastic lower height bowls against the Frisco elevated bowls to see if there was a difference. For 7 days I would place half his food in the elevated bows and half in his previous plastic bowls and put them both down at the same time. On day one he just naturally went to his plastic bowls since that is what he was used to. He took a couple bites and then looked to his left at the new Frisco elevated bowl and crouched over to it and went to town. Of course, after finishing it he did eventually finish off what he had in his older plastic bowl. On day 2 he went to the new elevated bowl first and for the next 5 days. After the one-week trial it does appear he prefers the new Frisco elevated bowl. I’m now just using that one and he seems to be happier. Overall quality of the product does seem to be on the high end and the bowl does easily come out for cleaning and feeding. It’ll hold 4 cups, but we don’t get anywhere near that since we use it for wet cat food feeding. I have the white top version and it does look elegant but doubt the cat even cares about that. It just looks nicer than the cheap plastic bowls but that definitely a human perspective. Overall I would say it’s a nice quality product and visually appealing to other feeding dishes.
I acquired the water bowl a month ago and I meets by satisfaction. The bowl is well constructed with a wood frame & stainless steel bowl. The pets can pat the paw into the water and it does not flip over. I highly recommend this product
