Zipper broke after 5th use
Started off fine but then the zipper broke while my cat was being carried in it. We use it once a month to transport my cat to get his nails clipped. I never had this problem with the sherpa brand but it is more expensive.
Great carrier
I like the top opening, it makes it easier to get a resistant cat in. I like the sturdy, cozy pad at the bottom. The cat peed in it during his first ride so I was happy that the included pad was washable.
Great purchase!
I finally tossed the cardboard cat carrier from the store and treated my kitty to this! The reviews are great and I back them. It’s sturdy and he loves the Sherpa bed inside. I left it out for him to get used to it and my cat takes naps in it. I want it to feel like a safe place for him. Thank you, Chewy!
Inside board is for small sz carrier, not medium
Ordered this carrier for a flight I need to take with my Bichon shortly, chose for the big pocket, the plush floorboard & flight acceptable sz. Really upset my Medium carrier has a board enclosed that is not the correct sz, it's 8.5" wide which is ridiculous for an 11" wide carrier & will be extremely uncomfortable for Loki. Product photo shows the board covering side to side completely as it should if it's marketed as an 11" wide bag, otherwise the dog hangs off or has the edges digging into him. Assuming this was a factory fail grabbing the wrong board when packing, disappointing since I need the bag to fly & not sure how I get the correctly sized insert.
Small & medium dog carrier
I have both a small and medium carrier. I am happy with both of them. My dog loves them she runs into the medium size and barks to signal she’s ready to go. I’ll be taking her on the plane with me soon. Vacation. I definitely recommend. It is light weight plenty of ventilation, yet, sturdy and easy to manage. Good quality for the price.
Nice carrier.
I believe that my cat was calmer when I used this carrier to take him to the vet. Possibly, it is because he was able to see more of what was going on around him. Also, I was able to place a small item that I needed to take to the vet into a small pocket attached to the carrier.
Amazing Quality
I 100% recommend this product. My cat has enough room to move around, it's durable, and it comes with a washable carpet that you Velcro the the bottom of the carrier for your cat's comfort.
Zipper malfunctioned
Used it to bring my cat to the kenneled. Picked up my cat and the zipper malfunctioned and my cat got out and is lost. At this time no my cat is still lost
perfect size, easy to carry!
I have a small, 3 lb, puppy and the medium size is perfect for her! It’s very easy to get her in and I love that it was a fleece lined bottom for her to be a bit more comfortable. Also really easy and comfortable to carry.
Good For Flights
I purchased this in medium for a United flight with my puppy, everything went smoothly. However I don't know if this would hold up as a long term pet carrier.
