I purchased 3 of these cups. We were very pleased with how they turned out! I gave 2 away as gifts and kept one for myself. On my cup I put 2 pictures of my heart dog, one puppy one adult picture. Tip: You do want to try to get some good quality, clear pictures that will stand out for the best results.

I don't actually review often, but these personalized mugs are the kind of things where reviews are especially helpful and since there are none... These photos were actually Facebook uploads, so lower resolution than is recommended. I ordered 5 mugs total - each are a different type - and I can say that the quality between the high resolution and FB images isn't very noticeable. I would use FB images again without hesitation. I also added a photo of the shipping Styrofoam because I had wondered how secure my mugs would be shipped - pretty well-secured! It took 4 days for my order to ship in mid-December; I expect that time would be slow to average compared to any other time of the year.
