4 Stars for Cuteness, But Didn’t Last
I have bought these Frisco houses before and for my two other cats they’re perfect. For my rambunctious kitten, they’re never strong enough and he destroys them in minutes haha he enjoys chewing on them though haha Not saying you shouldn’t buy them, just if your cat plays rough maybe find something sturdier lol
Something is not right
So I was super excited to get this for my cat because she lives to hide in boxes and sneak attack people who walk by. I thought this would be a cute alternative to having boxes all over. So excited in fact the day I knew it was going to arrive I recycled her cardboard boxes....big mistake. After emptying the contents of the box there was something missing THE ROOF! It's hard to sneak attack when everyone can see you. Only reason I gave it 3 stars is because I was hoping someone would at least find it amusing. Now I have a cat play house with no roof.....
Adorable
My foster kittens loved this! Unfortunately we had to treat them for coccidia so after 3 days of treatment everything had to be 100% sanitized or tossed. Since you can't really sanitize cardboard it had to go :( It stood up really well for the week we used it though, minus the bottom coming off if lifted up. The kittens LOVED it.
Small & Cheaply Made
The title says it all. My 13lb cat comes no where close to fitting in. Also the adhesive is very weak, nothing stays stuck.
my cats LOVE it
My cats love this. They’re picky but spend a lot of time in it while we watch tv nearby. Great purchase plus super cute.
Cardboard box for cats
My cat likes it, but he’s a large Maine Coon, make. He fits in it & I ordered this as the bright colors would attract him. It does & I use my Lazer lite & treats at times in box. Keeps him busy with other toys.
Cool Looking
I like the house look but it is a bit of challenge to put together. Cats loved it after I removed the dangling hearts.

my cat loves her homo house (and so do i!)
as soon as i saw this thing, i KNEW i had to get it. it's so cheesy and gaudy, and as a gay man, it really hit my funny bone. there's just something so stupid (affectionate) about watching my cat sit in her gay little house. it was pretty easy to assemble. i did, however, forgo sticking the bottom part/the scratcher to the rest of the house. i did that so i can flip it over once my cat has worn down the current surface. i also removed the little hanging heart things, but that's just because my cat isn't really the type to play with dangling stuff like that. and if your cat loves to rub their face on stuff, they will LOVE this house too. my cat is obsessed with rubbing her face on anything cardboard or paper related, so she has a blast with this. also i didn't even need to use the added catnip, she climbed in almost immediately. oh yeah, it is SO funny watching her peek through the windows or even play with her toys through them. all in all, i love this dumb little cardboard structure and my cat loves it too
Ok, was expecting better
I just assembled this and was disappointed that there was no bottom cardboard "floor" that the scratcher sat on. If you lift up the sides, the scratcher remains behind. The scratcher houses from Aldi are better than this.
