Great little coat
The jacket is well made, reversible, and water repellant. Our dog has a bad disk in his back that occasionally gives him trouble, so the easy on, easy off design is great. He is a 55 lb Bassett-beagle mix, big chest, short legs, long back. This jacket will help keep his sore back warm and dry when the weather turns bad. All in all, this XXL is a great coat that fits him to perfection. Very pleased with our puchase.
Nice clothes, price, and construction
I ordered 2 of these in a large size, following the measurement guidelines. I have 2 female pugs that each weight 16 pounds. I also ordered 3 other outfits for them, all from Frisco. I love the clothes but they need the medium not the large. I called chewy and re-ordered one of the dresses (not this jacket) from Frisco in medium, which fits perfect. Getting back to this jacket, it’s well made, good in rain, and is cute because their coat matches their momma’s Christmas dress and decorations, along with one of their dad’s shirts. We were well coordinated this holiday season! Getting back to the size, My pugs have a short, more stocky body compared to other dog breeds. That means that for their weight, length, and width, following the chart, they needed the large, but the medium would have fit better. I was able to turn under the long part and hand stitch it in place. I will try to add photos. I will definitely buy more clothes from Chewy (excellent customer service) and from Frisco, but in the medium! I am VERY satisfied with their clothes!
Omg cuter than I expected!
Easy to put on, off. Light weight, good size. The fact it's reversible is pretty good. I thought the red part will look good on her but actually inner part looked a lot better on her haha
Very nice jacket
I bought the medium for my 10 lb Teddy Jack Russell. Fits perfectly. The jacket is long enough to completely cover her bum, but does not hang over her tail. The chest and tummy velcro straps are adjustable, allowing a perfect fit. Well made. Warm enough for autumn, or mild winter days in the Pacific Northwest.
Size XL - 62lb Pitbull Terrier
I love how easily it goes on. My dog doesn't like putting his front legs into coats, so laying it on his back and then matching the Velcro makes it quicker. I also like the Velcro giving us some wiggle room in case he grows or has another layer underneath. I don't have a picture of the reverse side but it's cute and a cream/beige color.
Frisco quilted dog coat
Wonderfully made, love the color, and Bella loves it too. I pick it up and she sees it and starts dancing ready to put it on and go outside. Looking for another one in a different color for her. I like the frisco products.
Easy on and off
Great little coat to throw on my pup and access the leash. It's really easy to get on and off with the velcro. He has been warm and toasty on our walks.
Easy to put on and take off
What a great jacket. Buffalo plaid is cute, warm enough for everything except the bitter cold, and very easy to put on and take off. Makes getting out the door a lot faster!
pAwesome buy
My dog absolutely loves wearing clothes, and this firs her great! I went a size up so that it would fit over her butt. The velcro makes it super easy to put on and take off, and it fits over other sweaters as well
well made, not true to size
This jacket is very well made and I love how easy it is for my mom & dad to put it on for me, the hook & loop closures make it a breeze. But they ordered a size medium for me (I am only about 16lbs right now) and it is already getting short in the snout-to-tail section (doesn't fully cover my back). I know they ordered another larger one for me so that should be good, but "medium" should have been big on me in my opinion.
