Runs Very Small
I have two 20-pound Shih Tzus. I could not begin to put the medium size on either dog it was so small. But when I buy other styles from this brand in size large, they are so large, they're falling off the dog. I'm so frustrated. But, sizing aside, the shirt is well made.
Very cute but uncomfortable
The shirt is cute and easy to put on. Only downside is that there are long Velcro pieces in the front to close the shirt and those pieces are very stiff and the corners are pokey so it was irritating my dog. If you're into DIY, the Velcro patches are super easy to remove. After I removed them I sewed the shirt together and now she's all comfy.
Not so good
Well, I bought a second shirt, had one last winter, it fit great, so I bought another one, same size different plaid this year and didn't even almost fit, way too small even though same size.and it cost almost twice as much as rhe one that fit good.very disappointed this time

This dog shirt said it was flannel , but it is not flannel and paper thin it also was too big . I ordered a small but still too big

Adorable! Unfortunately it shrunk in a cold wash and line dry. Barely fits now.
Adorable shirt
I ordered this for my 75 lb..golden retriever..he is a big boy...this shirt fit him perfect..looks so cute...he also,has the matching bow tie that I got him for Christmas....it is lightweight..which is what I wanted as I didn’t want t him overheating on our walks with his thick fur..we get lots of smiles from people who pass by...Ben..the dog however is not real impressed. LOL
Cute but runs small
I got this for my 5 month old Dalmatian, initially got a medium (that's usually his size) but was too small. I ordered a large thinking it would be better but I think this shirt just runs small, it still did not fit him. I would recommend sizing up 1-2 sizes if you want it to fit properly. Super great shirt otherwise!
Cute but uncomfortable
This flannel look shirt is so cute! But it has a wide strip of Velcro that goes up his belly to his neck. It’s very stiff and he kept scratching his neck. Tried washing it to see if that helped but I’m afraid this won’t be worn again.
Red Plaid Dog Flannel Shirt is Cool!
My boy Sol is a Chihuahua/Daschund mix (plus 3 other breeds...LOL) and has short if not non-existent legs. Most dog clothes do not fit him. He is long (18inches) and short (maybe 2-3 inches off ground) and has a big chest (Dachsy) and is Full of Personality!! He loves his new shirt because it's cold. Did I mention he has a short coat? He loves to wear his shirt all the time due to the weather. Thanks Chewy!
Cute shirt but too big
I read all the reviews and measured my dog a couple of times, at his irritation, and ordered a medium. I have a deer head chihuahua so he is a little larger around 11 lbs., by Chewy's measurements he was in-between sizes so I chose to order a medium. I ordered to the measurements & the reviews but no, it was too big. While it did fit good around his little short, fat neck & could adjust the velcro closure to fit more snugly, the shirt tail was too long (down past his tail) & his legs would have popped right out of the sleeves. I will exchange & hope it fits, it's super cute. In the future I will buy according to the size I usually buy, a x-small to small.
