TL;DR medium fits my 12lb stumpy boy perfectly. He loves it and it's adorable. I have a 12lb 4y/o Cairn terrier that, as he's gotten older, is really sensitive to cold. He's got a long body, but short, stumpy little legs so it's hard to find things to fit him properly. Most clothes I've gotten for him, he'll get his foot stuck inside the leg because the sleeves are a bit too long. I haven't had a problem with this outfit yet. The material is a soft fleece, like those fleece throw blankets we all have in our closets. It fits him so well and doesn't interfere with any of his movements. These Frisco PJ's are the softest, most stretchable, best fitting outfits that I've ever purchased. Fit true to size. My Chinese Crested (hairless) takes a large because of the barrel chest, and the elastic draws everything up so that there are no accidents on the garment. I'm on site to buy up every single one that they have to offer. So impressed with these!!!!!

Seriously the best thing ever! It fit perfect on my little 15 pound guy. It is made out of a very soft fleece and really keeps him warm . The elastic around his neck doesn’t choke him while he’s sleeping . Still very impressed with the material and quality . Definitely a good buy!

I've never purchased dog clothing online before and was a tad hesitant to do so. I read meticulously through the reviews and made sure to measure him properly. AND I am not disappointed. My dog is a fit 15lb Pomeranian & shih tzu mix. His measurements are 17" body length, 19" Chest, 10" Neck, 7" Legs. I followed a review that had a similar dog as mine and ordered by LENGTH OF BODY & ordered him a size Large & the PJ's fit him perfectly! On the sizing chart it says a Large is 17" Body, 15" Neck & 23" Neck. Honestly if your dog has a neck larger than 10-12" this is not going to fit. While I accidentally ordered too small of a size, these pajamas are nicely made and very soft. I’d recommend sizing up if you’re between sizes since there are no snaps or clasps. You just stretch it over your pet. Very cut, though and will probably reorder in the right size.

So cute and soft. I ordered the small for my 7 lb yorkie and it fits great everywhere but the elastic over the tail is so strong it pulls the PJs down over his little nub tail and covers his entire bum. I tried cutting a tail hole and that didn't work so I had to cut a chunk of the PJs away.

So cute, soft and comfy. Leo loves them! Didn’t complain once. Keeps his male wrap on which he could roll off. (He’s old and diabetic.) Keeps him warm under his winter coat in subzero Midwest weather. Loved them so much, I’m buying more!!

Bought size xs for my yorkie puppy, and he slips right out of it it fits good, looks like it fits, but somehow he manages to get one paw out, overall very cute not sure if their made for my lil guy though

I love these dog pajamas...they are everything I hoped they would be. My dog has terrible skin allergies this time of year and is constantly biting and scratching himself until he ends with a bacteria infection. These pj's pretty much cover him completely so he can't bite or scratch himself. They are made very well and are super soft with no irritation to the skin. I would highly recommend this product.

My dog is bigger on his chest area and it fits him bigger there and tighter on the back which makes no sense but it still does the job and keeps him warm. Would've like it to fit nicer tho.
