Not for tug despite the handles
By Frankie on Feb 18, 2021
The loop handles arent even knotted to be handles, the ends are glued inside. Throws great, came apart on the very first tug. Why would you go through the trouble of even making the pointless handles when you could just tie the rope in an actual knot made to have handles. Literally one google search and even I know you could've used a Sliding Double Fisherman's Knot, or even a Cobra Lanyard Knot and had one working handle at least.

No, Thank You.
By KBirtchman on Feb 6, 2021
One good tug, this came apart, then they were trying to eat the threads, and this just became a nightmare. Literally lasted a whole 10 minutes. Between a 5yo beagle and a 8 week old Lab Puppy. The loops came apart and were just coated in tape, like that was what was holding it together. What makes it worse is that it isn't really tied, and the cotton material is easily shredded. Save your money, or buy your own rope and tie your own knots.

Tug toy insides!
By FurMomof4 on Jan 19, 2021
My Shepard took apart this rope toy not very long after buying it. I knew he would, that’s not my issue. My issue is finding that he pulled out some sort of white tape (almost like electrical tape) from this rope toy when he unknotted it! It appears it was holding together the many threads that make up the rope. I’m so glad he didn’t ingest this !!!

fun while it lasts, which isn’t for long
By Katie on Feb 17, 2021
I’ve gotten two of these for my pup. She is very excited when they arrive and we get a short game of tug out of them before they unravel and she proceeds to tear them apart. She’s happy and gets a bit of energy out, but they don’t last an hour with her.

Happy dog - loved it!
By Kate on Jan 21, 2021
Our pointer plays very energetically with all toys, and always manages to destroy rope toys quickly. Rope toys with knots at the end would be untied and pulled apart in minutes. Not so with the Frisco double loop rope toy -- he loves catching/fetching it, and can play tug with my husband. It's holding up great!

Big dog great toy
By KarenAnne on Feb 15, 2021
If you have a large dog with a powerful bite, this toy is a must. My shepherd is 5 months old and has destroyed all her toys within a week of purchase. Still looks new after weeks of rough play. Also it’s a great tool for training.

Do not recommend this rope
By Tori on Dec 16, 2020
All it took was one tug and the end of the rope pulled out. I tied a knot in that end and continued to play and the other end pulled out. Tied a knot in that end also. But still coming unraveled. Appears the ends are taped and just stuffed down in the knot. Not secured at all. Not worth the time or money. Do not recommend.

Tug Toy Also is Chew Toy
By Chrissy on Jan 30, 2021
Jack needs something to gnaw on that fits his size. The local grocery only provides bones for huge and teeny dogs. So, we ordered two of these, and now Jack has a chew toy and a tugging toy. Hard to say which activity he loves the best.

Broke after five minutes
By Rope on Jan 2, 2021
We had this out of the package for about five minutes playing with our two year old and it snapped. The rope ends were glued together instead of knotted together so it pulled apart with almost no effort. I’m so disappointed because that’s a toy we have tried and tried to find for our dog but can’t ever find one thats actual rope you can pull on.

Don't buy this toy
By Patty on Feb 15, 2021
I am a mini dachshund (10 lbs.) and I chewed apart this rope toy in 20 min. I usually love everything from Chewy so I was so disappointed with this toy. They should not even sell it.
