Not for the chewers!
By PawMom on Apr 4, 2021
Pretty, soft, and on arrival, it seemed to be of good design. The photos reflect what happened 5 minutes later - and there was no pull or tug involved. The price was attractive and why I ordered this. You've heard that saying "you get what you pay for"? Well, it's true. Unless your PawKid is 20lbs or less, I'd pass on this item.

very well made toy
By bellabernhardt on Mar 27, 2021
My rescue dog knew nothing about toys--for his first four years he had just played with other dogs. I bought this hoping to play tug of war. He still doesn't quite "get it" but hopefully we'll get there. He carries it around now, so he does know it's a toy! I was surprised that the knot is so large--it would also be suitable for a much larger dog (Felix is 23 #).

High quality tug of war rope.
By TontoTodd on Mar 10, 2021
This is a High-quality tug of war rope. It also works well for fetch and a good game of Keep away. When the mood strikes him, my puppy will bound around the room with this rope flopping around till he tosses it up and chases it across the floor till it slides right under the chair. Then he asks me to rescue his toy. He can entertain himself for quite a while with this toy.

Not for heavy chewers
By DogMom on Mar 21, 2021
My dog loves playing tug a war so I bought this for her. Unfortunately, she chewed it so much that it was destroyed within 2 hours after receiving it. It’s not recommended for heavy chewers like my dog. It’s definitely hard to find a rope she won’t chew through and destroy. I’ll keep looking.

Yeah not great but not terrible
By SteveandKolesmommy on Mar 22, 2021
Not sure if Kole is a hard chewer or is meticulous about chewing on one section only at a time. Had one of the sections chewed through the first night. The other sections of rope is okay and intact. We cut the one off and continue to watch them while they are playing with it.

Not for tug despite the handles
By Frankie on Feb 18, 2021
The loop handles arent even knotted to be handles, the ends are glued inside. Throws great, came apart on the very first tug. Why would you go through the trouble of even making the pointless handles when you could just tie the rope in an actual knot made to have handles. Literally one google search and even I know you could've used a Sliding Double Fisherman's Knot, or even a Cobra Lanyard Knot and had one working handle at least.

No, Thank You.
By KBirtchman on Feb 6, 2021
One good tug, this came apart, then they were trying to eat the threads, and this just became a nightmare. Literally lasted a whole 10 minutes. Between a 5yo beagle and a 8 week old Lab Puppy. The loops came apart and were just coated in tape, like that was what was holding it together. What makes it worse is that it isn't really tied, and the cotton material is easily shredded. Save your money, or buy your own rope and tie your own knots.

Don't waste your money
By tbarney75 on Mar 3, 2021
I have an 8 year old corgi and 1 year old border collie that enjoy playing tug. Maybe too much. This rope didn't last 5 minutes before both loops had pulled free and completely unraveled into one long rope. Not worth the 5 bucks.

No Frayed Ends
By Sammysmom on Mar 3, 2021
My dog likes to pull stuff out of the frayed ends of most rope toys. Then who knows if he’s eating it or choking on it but he definitely leaves pieces all over. But this toy is clean. He goes CRAZY playing tug with this. I will buy a few back ups.

Great For Tug-of-war Fun!
By Tinacubanita on Apr 10, 2021
If you’ve got energetic furbabies, this toy gives you and your puppy a great workout. Our 2 puppies also play tug-of-war together, too. So cute!
