Remember to measure your pet for the paw-fect fit. This fun life jacket isn’t just your pet’s new favorite Bark Week outfit, it’s also just the buoyancy boost they need for on-the-water fun. It’s got cuteness covered with a shark fin on top, attached with button snaps and hook-and-loop fasteners so it’s easy to take off. But we recommend leaving it on! Designed for flexible movement with safety in mind, this life jacket has a front panel with a flotation flap and thick 20mm foam side panels to help keep their head above water. A durable 3.4mm thick neoprene belly band and three adjustable straps with side-release buckles will help you get the best, snug fit to help ensure comfort and safety for your pup. There is also a grab handle on the top of the life jacket—larger sizes come with dual handles—to help you pull your dog out of the water quickly in case of emergency. When traveling on dry land, there is a D-ring for leash attachment on the back of the life jacket. Be sure to weigh and measure your pet and choose the size that matches the recommended weight range. This way, you can ensure that the life jacket will provide the proper fit and level of buoyancy.

Very well made life jacket

I think this life vest will provide a lot of fun to my smaller pet- I bought a size small. This is sturdy and made with velcro plus an additional quick release system of buckles to keep it in place. It has a chin rest and a snap in place (-with 2 buttons and also velcro-) standing shark fin if you choose. It looks good and fits well. Has a handle for grabbing and a plastic thing for a leash or water tether. I imagine you can use this vest to provide water therapy to gently exercise limbs if you needed to, or in lieu of running away, to "run in place". This looks to be a good product, will soon try it out in water. Adventure on!!

Excellent life jacket

This life jacket is wonderful. The last one we had was not very buoyant and it almost hindered my dog from swimming. This life jacket worked so well and was so buoyant that after removing the life jacket from swimming, her back (top) remained dry. She was much more comfortable swimming with this jacket and the chin lift was a plus! And it’s adorable to boot. My dog is 5.5 lbs and the XS was prefect.

This vest is well worth the money! It’s very funny and your friends will get a good laugh. It works well. My pup is learning to stand or sit on paddle board and fell off. She went under water and quickly popped up. The handle makes it easy to grab and put her back on the board!

A great life jacket for smaller dogs

Our dog is a smaller size mixed breed and never experienced the water and is not really able to swim by himself. Since we love going to the beach we wanted him to enjoy it as much as we do and purchased this cute life jacket for him. We ordered the Medium size and it not only fits perfect, it also helps him find his balance when swimming alongside us. The shark fin can be taken off but it looks so cute we leave it on all the time.

My fur son, Chet, used his life jacket for the first time today. He loved it! He always likes water, but doesn't usually go too far out. Today, he was purposely jumping off the kayak to swim in 20ft water! Best purchase in a while!

I bought 2 of these life jackets. 1 for my mom's 12 pound Chihuahua mix and my 50 pound pit bull mix. I LOVE THESE LIFE JACKETS! The quality of the materials and the overall vest I was surprised at how good it was. They reminded me of the nicer life vests humans wear when water skiing, wakeboarding or any other water sport. The size chart was easy to follow and there was no problem getting the right size for each dog. The shark fin is easily removable with velcro and 2 snap buttons. Pricing is really good for how awesome these vests are. Not to mention they are FREAKING ADORABLE on both my dog and my mom's. Hello! It’s Frankie, your resident Shork expert. (For those who don’t know, Shork is a Shark/Dog hybrid) I did not know what a Shork was either until my mom told me I’m the cutest one she’s ever seen. And lots of people on our walk to the lake complimented me too! I can’t wait to take this majestic life jacket out into the water this summer! I’ve spent some time wearing this fashion piece around so I get use to the feel before vacation and let me tell you, it is FABULOUS! It’s so comfy that I feel asleep on the bed with it still on!

Love this life jacket!! Super cute and fits great with adjustable clasps at the neck and belly along with a bit of neoprene stretch and velcro!! My doxie is ready to hit the beach and the pool.
