I really prefer snap on plastic covers. They are easer to clean, use and store. But the 2 sets I ordered were not as expected ie they do not fit the standard cans. Today I was able to force one on but it looks like it might snap off. The silicone caps have those grooves that catch and hold food and you I really prefer snap on plastic covers. Silicone covers
By Covers on Feb 26, 2021
These covers are the easiest to use. They are extremely soft and go right over the cover. I always used the plastic ones, now that I tried the silicone, I will never go back to plastic. These are a little bit more in price, worth every penny.

These items work great. The pet food covers are very well made. The warming mat is the right size for the small to medium kennel.

Fits on my Hills Prescription Cat Food cans - so easy to use, luv them. Just have to keep a eye on them as the cats think these lids are a new play toy.

Silcon lids
By GoldenSwampGoddess on Feb 20, 2021
Wish I had bought these or seen these instead of those plastic ones. The plastic did not even last a year. Where my other plastic ones lasted for over 10 years. I really like these and think they will last at least as long as my other ones.

Does the job

I was nervous about whether or not these lids would adequately seal different size cans. I finally figured that, for the price, I'd just risk it. What a nice surprise that they work fine. The seal is tight enough to keep in the cat food odors, but they're flexible enough for my arthritic fingers to remove painlessly.
