Watch the sizes
The coat is well made and fabric is soft and comfy. However, the small size I chose was too big for the 7 lb chihuahua, and too small for the 12 lb chi mix that I have. I'm going to give it to a friend who has dogs in the 10 lb size.
Not what I expected...
The fleece vest has a major design flaw - the holes for the front legs are way too big and if you have a small dog (under 10 lbs), he will definitely find a way to be Houdini and escape from the vest. I purchased the correct size for my dog; so it's not a sizing issue. Otherwise, would have been a good vest. Disappointed to say the least...
Exactly what we wanted
While Indy is an adventure-loving dog and will bravely handle basically any weather, his coat is not up to handling winter temperatures. This fleece is just enough extra insulation that he seems much more comfortable except when it gets extremely cold out. Fits well though it does tend to ride back and get a little tight around his chest area. It can also get pretty staticy so occasionally dampen it with some water or something similar.

My dog seems to like it, however the small is more medium and not for a 10# dog, more 15# it was easy to slip on her, not using the velcro on her chest as it would pull hair. looks cute even on the bigge side. She seems happy for now.
Comfy and warm
This fleece vest is attractive, comfortable and has a large opening for the leash to connect. It's perfect for chilly morning walks. It was also a reasonable price.
Chewy is the best
My 18 year old cat, Amy Lynn, loves her fleece vest. She weighs 9 lbs and it fits well. I love the velcro on the chest. I bought a 2nd vest but it's a pull over. She has arthritis in her shoulders so I am giving that one away. I just placed a mega order for food and litter ( I have 3 cats) and got it within 2 days. I live in FL and have a hard time finding what I need for my felines. Chewy.com always comes through.
Perfect for my Mini Australian Shepherd
I got the size large for my 26 lb Mini Australian Shepherd and it fits nicely. The back is a little short and kind of wide so it does flip over sometimes.
Cute, but would be better as a pullover
My dog looked cute in it and it fit great, but she's scared of the loud velcro. I think it would be better maybe as a pullover. :)
lightweight, warm, cozy and stylish
Perfect coat to wear alone or layering (yes he gets very cold!) because it's a fleece but not heavy. It has a velcro closure so it is easier to step in. Ordered a Small for a 12 lb chiweenie and for once the length is actually great.
Runs a whole size larger
Size down for sure. I normally get a medium for my girl from the Frisco brand and usually its a perfect fit. This fleece vest fit more like a large.
