My bunnies absolutely love this! Because a rabbit's teeth are always growing, it's important to have LOTS of cardboard around. We just can't get enough of these adorable cat scratch houses, especially the multi-level scratchers like this spaceship! Whether they're relaxing inside while taking a nap, exploring all levels, or tearing it apart, they get so much use out of it. A plus for me, Bun Mom, is that it's so much more aesthetically pleasing than a brown box. It was so easy to put together, I just used some extra tape to reinforcement the seams.
Glad I tried this box out, was not sure how it would work out because of the two floors and my cats being on the heavier side but so far it has been holding up! They mostly scratch on the floor level but its fun to see two of them in there at the same time. I also like that its tall and doesnt take up a lot of space
This is really a good "club house" for cats. It's about 3ft tall, easy to assemble but have extra tape near by. They send some but it's not enough. Still my kitten thinks it's great!
My cat received this as a gift so I struggled to put it together. The instructions are vague on step 2 (part C). You must fold it twice to get it to it into the slots. I called Chewy and they said they had no idea, so I kept looking at photos from reviews and trying. My cat hasn't looked at it yet but it seems sturdy. I suggest 2 people to figure it out and allow at least 30 minutes.
Did not love putting this together, instructions could have been clearer. I was very skeptical because aspects of it seemed flimsy, but overall it works well. I never buy stuff like this but it's been totally worth it. The cats have all taken to it in different ways and my big girl can fit in it which surprised me. Two of them love tearing up the scratcher in the base and the third likes to perch on the top shelf. I love the double-decker aspect because it's quite funny when one of them's on top of the other. That said, it's also what makes it hard to move around. The top part isn't secured so if you want to lift it to move it between rooms you have to pop it back together. The fins fall off pretty easily too.
Cute box. However, I was missing multiple parts, and it's poorly made. I'm probably going to reinforce it with duct tape. Going to request a refund
My 7lb senior cat jumped on the top level and it fell apart completely. This shouldn't be sold.
Big space nerd, so LOVED this scratcher. Unfortunately not big enough for my adult cats (11-14lbs) to enjoy. Thankfully was able to give it to a friend with kittens who absolutely love it.
My cat loves this! It wasn't too hard to put together and is sturdy enough that even my 16lb Siberian can jump in and sleep on the second floor comfortably. We did add a couple pieces of clear tape to the corners where the two boxes met just bc with our cat being a little bigger, every time he would jump to the top, the top portion would try to detach.
Kept one for my three cats and gifted one to a friend and everyone is having a blast. I didn't even put mine together correctly and it is still a surprisingly sturdy.
