    Happy Pets

By Alex on May 15, 2021

It's improving my pets healthy digestion I have had the water fountain for about two and half weeks, and all my animal's are doing much more drinking than before. I had always had three or more places that they could get water and thought that I was doing what I could. But there was at least one cat or dog that behaved as if the had constipation, my vet said "put out more containers of water, change them more often.." But this it what she should have recommended! Happy pets

    Not a good fountain

By Sami on May 3, 2021

I bought this fountain because I wanted a larger watering system for my puppy. I have one of the flower fountain for my cats and he likes to drink from it, and the water always ends up foaming due to his slobber. Once I got this fountain, I don’t think it ever worked properly. It doesn’t fountain constantly, it sputters and then stops even if the water level is between min and max lines. I like that it is easy to clean and has a large capacity, but the fountain feature is lacking. Not recommended.

    Worst fountain ever!

By Beezmets on Apr 28, 2021

I bought this fountain for my dog and cats. It worked fine for two days then started sputtering instead of regular fountain flow. Took it apart several times and reassembled it but the same thing happened all over. I called Customer Service at Chewy and a very nice man said he would send an immediate placement. Once again, it worked well for one day this time and started sputtering again. Chewy would do best to stop selling this product. Both of mine are in the garbage and I am back to the reliable Drinkwell. Do not buy this product. You are wasting your money!!!

Cheap pump, breaks immediately. Don't buy.

By Angee on May 15, 2021

Within 48 hours of unpacking and setting up this bowl, the pump has crapped out. It started making noise within 12 hours, and now it's really noisy, and pumps sporadically. In order for my cats to drink the water I have to unplug it. Don't buy it. I wish I'd done more research before purchase because I'm not the first person with this problem. Chewy should remove this cheap product.

It's Okay, But It Has One Major Drawback

By Steph on Apr 13, 2021

I bought this as a larger alternative to the other fountain because the dogs were draining it too fast. Here are the pros and cons: PROS: -Very large, does take a while for small-medium dogs to get through. -Simple design makes it incredibly easy to clean when the time comes. -Easy to tell when it needs a filling. CONS: -The first con is major and caused it to be rated 3 stars. The motor doesn't have suction cups to stick it to the bottom and the top tube isn't long enough to keep it in place so the motor intake often goes above the waterline and shuts it off only to restart a moment later. This causes a really annoying buzzing noise and taxes the motor. I haven't figured out how to fix this I bought this as a larger alternative to the other fountain because the dogs were draining it too fast. None of my other fountains do this. -If you have any pets that like to play in water, do not get this fountain. We have a cat that likes to splash and because all of the water is accessible my floor hasn't been dry since I bought the fountain. This is my own fault, I was hopeful that he'd leave it alone, no such luck. Overall, I probably wouldn't suggest this for most people unless the motor issue gets fixed. … more

    Unsure about it

By Chelsea on Apr 13, 2021

I bought this fountain because I have 3 dogs and 4 cats that absolutely love fountains, and it was definitely big enough. It also appeared to be easy to take apart and clean. But after putting it together, I’m very confused! It was super easy to assemble and the instructions were easy to follow. But about an hour after having it running, I noticed water everywhere. I have no idea where it’s coming from! I decided to let it run overnight, and it was already down past the minimum line! No animals drank out of it overnight, so it leaked that much water. I took it apart, checked everything, reassembled it...and it’s already leaking again. Not sure if mine is defective or if there’s something I’m I bought this fountain because I have 3 dogs and 4 cats that absolutely love fountains, and it was definitely big enough. Refill several times in a 24 hr period

By Jojo on Apr 11, 2021

My cats love the fountain, but before it reaches min fill level, it gurgles and has to be filled up. I have two cats full time/two granddogs part time. I filled it up five or six times in a 24 hr period (with 4 drinking). We had a plastic one with a water reservoir before, but the vet recommended stainless steel. At one point the pump part was floating even though it was attached properly in the back? That hasn't been a problem today. If you have one pet or maybe two small pets, it might be beneficial, but for me, something with a water reservoir will work better.

    started leaking

By Jess on May 24, 2021

After about 3.5 weeks owning it, I noticed I had to start filling it more and more every day. Come to find out it’s actually leaking out somehow and I can’t find where, so my whole carpet is soaked. The filter also doesn’t filter out much.

    disappointed

By Bella on Jun 2, 2021

I got this for my pets and I’m disappointed, I having a really hard time getting new filter to test if maybe that the reason the water is staying dirty, their regular water bowl was better and cheaper

This bowl worked great...for about 24 hours.

By NotWorth on May 10, 2021

Worked great out of the box but about a day and a half after we set it up, the pump started just weakly pumping out a trickle of water in spurts and the pump became weirdly loud so it scared all of the dogs and they would not drink from it. Working on returning it now!
