Best Customer Service, EVER
Just over a week ago Sophie began to lose her appetite. We took her for blood work and Dr. Miner told us she was in Renal failure. He prescribed Blue Buffalo kidney support. In two days Chewy delivered two 6 lb. bags costing us $60 plus. Sophie tried it immediately but was not interested. So we gave her some chicken and made our dreaded appointment with Brighton Animal Hospital. That day I received a survey from Chewy. I let them know Sophie passed, and didn't get the chance to eat the food. I didn't get, nor was I looking for, a response. But as I checked our bank account, I saw a credit for the entire purchase. Then today we received these beautiful flowers. What an incredibly amazing company! It brought tears to my eyes. #chewy

Bought this for my 4 year old cat's birthday (which is on Cinco de Mayo - how could I not!) It's a little large in terms of length (next time I'll fold the top down a bit) but the XS/S fit well around her neck and it didn't seem to bother her to wear it since she never tried taking it off herself and ended up not only rolling around on the floor playing with it on but then later fell asleep in it. Not something she'll wear every day because, well, she's a cat but fun to bring out for her birthday and any other times extra cuteness is needed!

And I mean that in the best way possible. I love that Charlie gets to dress up and watch me eat tacos. Or just to sit on my couch looking super cute. He’s 18-20 lbs and wearing a size XS/S for reference. #chewyteamrated

The only issue with this is that it is pink not beige like the picture. Too bad it wasn't a neutral color.
