    Teepee for the puppy

    This was a Christmas present for one of our pups. Well, as usual they looked at it with skepticism and just sniffed the strange looking object in the living room. After a while our basset mix decided to jump on the outside and roll around on top of it. So I set the bed up again and he sniffed his way This was a Christmas present for one of our pups. Well, as usual they looked at it with skepticism and just sniffed the strange looking object in the living room. After a while our basset mix decided to jump on the outside and roll around on top of it. So I set the bed up again and he sniffed his way inside after I threw a treat in the teepee. He laid in the bed for a bit when he was chased out by the Alpha male, the old man our Chihuahua mix. He has assumed control. So I have ordered a second to even the teepee field. I guess you could say this bed has the DOG SEAL OF APPROVAL!!! … more

    Smaller than you think

    I have a 9 lb chihuahua pug mix. I ordered her the medium tent. While she does fit in it, when she turns around or licks herself it's a tight turn, and the tent leans heavily to the side she is on, almost to the point of falling over. Once she's settled she is comfy and happy but it is very light weight I have a 9 lb chihuahua pug mix. I ordered her the medium tent. While she does fit in it, when she turns around or licks herself it's a tight turn, and the tent leans heavily to the side she is on, almost to the point of falling over. Once she's settled she is comfy and happy but it is very light weight. You can see the tent shaking when she moves. If your animal likes a very snug environment and is not too skittish about the tent feeling a bit unstable, they will be very comfy. I think I would have gotten a Large had I realized the actual fit, even though she is a wee one. … more
