My two peek a poos love their squeaky toys and these raccoons are no exception. They are a little fatter than other squeaky toys we have gotten from the same brand so Archie does not always go for these because they are harder to get his mouth around. So, if you have a toy breed, I would not recommend these. The hedgehogs are a little smaller in stature. But, the tails on the raccoons make them easier to fling for a game of fetch, or as my two call it, keep away ha.
My dog loves these. We bought the original toy with the trash can and she carries the raccoons around everywhere. We bought the refill for her for Christmas but honestly the original ones that she's had for over a year are still in great shape. Our pointer mix also plays with them but these are without a doubt Marvel the pug's all time fav. She carries them around, sleeps with them and buries them in the laundry. We have found a lot of joy in watching her play with them. With tons of other toys around she always goes back to these.
Oscar loves those little raccoons, and loves pulling them out of his trash cash. Each raccoon squeaks. My pup loves them in or out of the trash can. If your pup likes hiding things then watch out. Oscar has hidden all his. Down from 6 to only 2 raccoons that we can find now.
My puppy Haru loves these raccoons. There is a squeaker is each one of them, and she goes nuts playing with them.
My Bella absolutely loves this little raccoon. She loves to play fetch and carry it around. The squeaker really gets her attention! I pet sit and all the pups love this little guy. They come in a three pack, so I will be able to give them away as parting gifts. Bella has not been able to get the squeaker out yet. This little guy has survived a weekend with lots of dogs playing with it, a sure sign to me that it is very well made. Definitely worth the money!
I have a lab, corgi mix and bought these extra raccoon squeaky toys to stiff in the other pocket set. She loves digging her snout into the pocket toy and dig out a raccoon. Then she runs around the house tossing the squeaky toy up and catching it as she prances around showing off her find.
I wish you could buy the main component by themselves. I have a ton of these little refill animals but nothing to stuff them in unless I buy another complete toy. Which would come with more little animals that I don't need.
My Aussies love the size of these. My littlest loves to jump and catch. Her first task is to get the squeaker out and then they all play with the rest. I bought all the refills for them. Ha I don't buy them to last forever. They enjoy playing with them as long as the skins hold up.
he got a new panda toy so we got him extras for play
All three of my pups love these little stuffed toys and they are useful for different things. The 9 lb chi-pug-doxie likes to play tug and fetch with them. 25 lb Sheltie mix likes to chew on them (durable enough to stand up) and the 17 lb doxie likes to steal and hide them all. They fit easily into different hide n seek toys we already had and a 3 pack is fun for everyone.
