- Separate the top section from the bottom section and loosely place the top half on the bottom half.
- Lift the front of the top section as shown, and put the steel door in place by setting the bottom two rods into the holes on the bottom section (a). Insert the top two rods into the holes on the top section (b).
- To open the front door, squeeze the two pins together and then pull on the door while keeping the pins together. The top door is similar; squeeze the two pins together and pull up while keeping the pins together.
- When you close each door, make sure it’s completely shut in place before releasing the pins, and then check to make sure the door is secure.
Care Instructions
To give your pet the most comfortable home away from home, clean the kennel routinely with a mild, non-toxic cleaner and water.
How to select the best size kennel:
- While your dog is standing, measure your dog from the tip of their nose to base of their tail.
- While your dog is sitting or standing, measure your dog from the top of their head to the floor.
- Add 4 inches to determine maximum measurements. Remember, your dog should be able to stand up and turn around while in their kennel.

What is the best way to kennel train?

Can this kennel be used in the car?

Nice Carrier for Rabbit

I needed a nice carrier with which to transport my Holland lop rabbit to the vet. This carrier does the job nicely. Be advised that there are two holes in the top and bottom half that are deceptive. These holes have nothing to do with the door. Some have complained that the door is too big. That was my thought at first until I looked closer at the carrier. If you try to insert the door posts in the holes, it will appear that the door is too big. The door on the top of the cage makes it easy for me to get my rabbit out of carrier.

I held off on buying this due to a review about it being hard to put together and bought it when my cat became very sick (blocked tom) and I needed to be able to lift him in. He'll walk out the front on his own. I don't know how we would have gotten through the past 2 weeks without this carrier. It's not that hard to put together but not exactly intuitive. Regardless, if you have problems loading your cat into his/her carrier, this carrier will make your life much easier.

Great Little Carrier

After having no luck with a front loading carrier, I decided to try this one (in pink) for our little senior rescue kitty for her first trip to the vet. For a few days, I left the carrier open in the den and Marigold went right in to explore. However, she wasn't so keen on my putting her in and shutting the doors. I was able to get her into the carrier on the 2nd try on the day of her appointment, and it worked well. The carrier is well made, sturdy, easy to assemble, roomy enough for our 8 lb cat, and I'd definitely recommend it. I think Marigold would, too.

Big Enough for a Cap Nap

My cat looks a lot like the cat in the ad, except mine weighs 13 lbs. I was having trouble with a comfortable fit, and large enough door(s). This carrier was my choice, and it is great - easy to assemble, large enough for a 24" cat bed, and easy to use. It is not too heavy unless you put my cat in it. My vet also liked it. Love the blue color, too. I looked at many carriers, and I am very happy with my decision on this one.

Very solid carrier and easy to put together. The front door can be a bit hard to open but I’ll take that over it being loose. Also love the ease of the top door. This is fine for a small cat or kitten like mine, but anything bigger than 7-8 pounds might warrant a bigger size.

My food human got this so I could visit a "vet"-wonder what that is?I live on the streets but I decided to live part time with this human-BUT she has fed me so well I grew too big for this-And I'm not letting her hold that tape with numbers against me!But its really made sturdy-she gave to another human who takes care of kittens another human didn't want.

Amazing carriers!

I had been worried about getting a plastic carrier for several reasons. One of the main reasons was I had read such terrifying comments on some of them about them coming apart or the door coming open and the cat getting away. So, i was nervous at first. But after putting this wonderful carrier together (which was a BREEZE) and trying it out, my cats love it, and I love it (I got a pink one for my girl cat and a blue one for my boy cat). I am VERY pleased with this product, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new carrier.

Nice small crate

We bought this to use for our guinea pigs. I was excited for the top opening to get the pigs out easier. However, when the door opens, it’s straight up, which causes it to slam down/closed very easily which isn’t safe when pulling animals out. It would be safer if the door would open slightly further so it will stay open. (We used two clips and a rubber band to hold the top open.) Otherwise, it’s cute.

My cats loved it. I only got it for the vet but they love sleeping in it. So it must be comfortable. I think buying the bigger one was worth it. Chewy was very helpful with my questions too.
