Lots of fun, even if your dog isn't a natural
My dog doesn't really understand that she can take out the little dinosaurs. However, I've found that her time with the toy is more stimulating when I put little treats inside and cover them with the dinosaurs. It also makes for cute photos, and all of our friends love how adorable it is!
The only toy my dog doesn't get bored of
This toy is so great. I will stuff it with every small toy I have and put the starmark rings on the arms and legs of the t rexes, and my dog has THE BEST time finding all the rings. I'm so bummed it's out of stock, I just moved and I seem to have lost my volcano in the move. I have other stuffable toys but this one is by far her favorite. The shape, the size of the holes, all the perfect combo of challenging and rewarding. Pleeease bring this toy back!!!!!
Adorable and entertaining
Adorable dog toy! Bought it for a family member's puppy who is high energy. She loves this toy. She loves pulling the little dinos out of the volcano. It entertains her for a few minutes as she is very quick and can quickly pull out all the little dinos. She gets very excited when the volcano is restuff with dinos. She also loves to just play fetch with the little dinos. Even the human children want the little dinos!
Dino volcano
My 3 goldens love this toy! Especially my 13.5 yr old. What a great toy for her to play with. And they are so careful with it. Have not destroyed any of the Dino’s.
Lots of play value
Bought this to entertain our Schnauzer mix dog, who loves to take things apart to find kibble. We watch her carefully, as she often rips open her stuffed toys. The first dinosaur met that fate, so I removed the stuffing and replaced it with an old sock. This is now a hiding place for treats. She quickly figured out how to remove the dinosaurs from the volcano, as well as anything else I put in there! Discovering a bone at the bottom might mean she settles down to chew it. The other dinosaurs are still whole, and they are often just the thing to carry in her mouth while playing chase or when playing with her ball. In fact, our living room sometimes resembles a mini Dino graveyard, with the little critters scattered wherever she dropped them. I am keeping the volcano as a special toy we just give her periodically, because she likes to chew on it. All in all, a very versatile toy, just needs some supervision, as with any stuffed toy.
The pup LOVES this toy!
We got this as a Christmas gift and it’s awesome. Not only is it cute to see a bunch of baby dinos around the house, but this toy also provides awesome enrichment for my sheepadoodle. It took him a couple weeks to understand that there’s more that one dinosaur to pull out of the volcano, but now that he gets it I’m starting to put all his other small toys in the volcano too. I’ll be buying extra Dinos just to keep him busy for longer. Dave the dog approved!
Puppy Loves This Toy
My German Shepherd puppy loves this toy! Keeps her busy even after she has pulled all the dinosaurs out. The dinosaurs are the perfect size for her to carry around and squeak continuously. She's starting to lose her baby teeth, so I have had to wash her toys a few times to get stains out of them. Both the dinosaurs and volcano wash well on cold and low tumble dry. The squeakers in the dinosaurs aren't affected by washing either. Will be buying more hide and seek toys!
Dangerous Product
My dog likes to take apart the T-Rexes or anything that's the small portion of an Interactive toy. As she's taking it apart there are very long strings coming out of each T-Rex and she managed to swallow one, now I'm just hopefully waiting for it to come out with her not being harmed because a dog's swallowing a string can be a huge problem. I had to take the whole thing away because each T-Rex is having multiple strings exposed, very long strings. I'm going to try to return it.
Worth Every Penny
I bought this for my corgi, who is very dedicated to ripping the guts out of any soft toy we give him within 2 minutes. I cannot speak highly enough of the entertainment and lack of destruction this toy provides. I’m sure he’ll destroy the volcano in the coming weeks, but for now he is VERY satisfied pulling the dinosaurs out of it, giving them a couple of squeaks, and then going root out the next. He completely leaves it alone after he has pulled all of the dinosaurs out. My only concern is that he is getting too efficient and hopefully there is a more complicated version of this toy to get next!
